Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger is urging Joe Biden to create a new “Voting Rights Act,” saying that such a law would help combat “voter suppression.”
The Terminator star said in an interview Saturday with CNN’s Michael Smerconish that he wants the president elect and Congress to work on the new legislation.
“I just recommend very strongly that now when Biden is in office that they go and work on a new Voting Rights Act,” he said. “I think it is irresponsible to not have a Voting Rights Act and to have those polling places closed under the auspices of budgets, under the auspices of coronavirus, and all this stuff. I mean, I think that a lot of times, there are excuses because the fact of the matter is that it’s voter suppression.”

For once I might agree with Ahnold. There should be standards to ensure every legalvote counts.

Idiot. The problem isn’t suppression, it is TOO much access. It’s illegal aliens voting. It’s the dead voting. It’s ballot harvesting. It’s imaginary people voting and stuffing the box.
Except that’s not what he means at all. Anything that improves election security would be rejected by the Democrats. That’s what they mean by “voter suppression”: the implementation of basic security measures common to advanced countries who want honest elections.
This idea would only be useful in that it would spotlight Democrats’ corruption to the average person under the false impression that they don’t embrace voter fraud.
He is an Idiot! Democrats won’t work with anybody to fix anything.. They like it broken!! Trump fixed things!
Does that mean the Democrats won’t be able to sue to get the Green Party kicked off ballots anymore?
How about rights for Americans who had their votes canceled out by illegal ballots?
The idea is to make vote fraud widespread and permanent.

That was my first thought. This guy is about a sharp as a marble. I like his movies, as a Republican he’s too much of a democrat, but then again look where he’s from and who he’s married to.

My sister lives in Kali and claims to be a republican. However to hear her talk you’d swear she’s a rat. She believes in global warming and dislikes Trump to name some of her whackiness.
This isn’t his idea. This was suggested to him because that’s the big push Dems will make in 2021. Wife open access to the ballots with no ability to ever verify a vote again.
My legal vote was suppressed if offset by an illegal vote.
