COMMENT #1: Interesting article from an Italian newspaper. Good background on Mifsud and Link University. What is particularly noteworthy is that it appears Lindsey Graham was in Rome during the same time as the date of the article, ostensibly to discuss Libya. He was accompanied by Senators John Barrasso, Chris Coons, Ben Sasse and Congressman Michael McCaul. I wonder if Mifsud came up in his discussions with the Italians.
