Another 314,000 people cast absentee ballots on the first day of the early-voting period. I can believe that 314,000 absentee ballots were returned on the first day of early voting.
I highly doubt that they were submitted by 314,000 different people.

Doesn’t GA law say that the only electors that can participate in the runoff are the ones who voted in the Nov. 3 race? How on EARTH can they prove that?

No worries, there will be more ballots voted in than ballot envelopes turned in. It is possible with:
(1) Machine Printed ballots delivered bua truck between 3 AM & 4 AM
(2) Ballots with democrat votes run through counting machines multiple times.
(3) Dominion machines adjusting votes
(4) Discarding republican ballots
(5) Pulling bags from under the tables filled with machine filled ballots when republican observers are thrown out of the building due to leaky toilets
When envelopes with voter ID & signatures are separated from the ballots inside, or when fake ballots are run through counting machines, republicans can ask for recounts until blue in the face, but count will not change.
