A report from a Supreme Court staffer is indicating that Chief Justice John Roberts folded on the landmark Texas election fraud case because he was scared of pushback from left-wing terror groups like ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter.
State representative Matt Patrick of District 32 relayed the testimony during an impassioned plea on the Texas House floor for political figures across the nation to fight the vote steal.
“He said the justices, as they always do, went into a closed room to discuss cases they’re taking and to debate,” Roberts said.
“When the Texas case was brought up, he heard screaming through the walls, as Justice Roberts and the other liberal justices were insisting that this case not be taken up, and the reason the words that were heard through the wall when Justice Thomas and Justice Alito were citing ‘Bush v. Gore’ from John Roberts were ‘I don’t give a ***** about ‘Bush vs Gore’… at that time we didn’t have riots!’,” he continued.
“So what he was saying was that he was afraid of what would happen if they did the right thing, and I’m sorry, but that is moral cowardice, and we in the [State Republican Executive Committee], I’m an State Republican Executive Committee member, we put those words in very specifically because the charge of the Supreme Court is to ultimately be our final arbitrator, our final line of defense, for right and wrong, and they did not do their duty,” he added.

The same suspect report repeated and reposted over and over again doesn’t make it true. For all the complaints we make about the “big lie” technique we should not practice it ourselves.

to me the nose does not look like Roberts, Roberts has a straight nose on his profile, not a beak like this.
some say the shape of his head and brow do not match the man in the photo. Photo man is said to have a conical head and Roberts a round head. I dunno.
I have seen this report but it’s always attributed to an anonymous source so I don’t know if it’s any more valid than the anonymous sources always lying about Trump.
If true, it would help explain why Roberts won’t act and so far I haven’t seen other reasons given.

He needs to be disbarred. An embarrassment to our country. Men and women fought and died to have a country with a fair and worthy judiciary. He has shown he doesn’t pass the smell test.

Can you imagine what our brave founding fathers would think of him and his cowardice. He would have been tarred and feathered and placed in stocks in the town square with a sign saying “COWARD & TRAITOR”.

That doesn't explain Trump's three appointees, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett. They also voted against hearing the case.
If this is true than our liberties under the Bill of Rights are only valid if there are no rioters in the streets.
