I’m familiar with Clyde Wilson, though I haven’t actually read that pamphlet. Sounds interesting.
Not only was this predictable, I predicted it in the early 90s when the PC Revisionists started to demonize all things Southern.
I told every liberal I knew it was only a matter of time before they moved on to the Stars and Stripes, to Washington and Jefferson and Madison and Lincoln. But most Leftists have always hated Southerners so it was very easy for them to go along with trying to trash the South’s culture and history.
Well here we are.
