OK, what if Mark David Chapman BORROWED a registered gun, or was himself able to register for a gun?
What if he bought a gun from the underground ( lots of shootings in the city were from guns purchased illegally ).
Stop and frisk would have prevented it. Too bad they weren’t doing it then.
