Here is an excerpt from Fox News’ coverage of the story, FWIW. It seems that the Kansas situation was not just about whether or not to require ID to vote, as per the second paragraph.

“The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to review an appeal from Kansas seeking to reinstate voter identification laws which a federal appeals court had declared unconstitutional earlier this year.

Kansas had been the only state to require people to show a physical document such as a birth certificate or passport when applying to register to vote. The issue is distinct from state laws that call for people to produce driver licenses or other photo IDs to cast a vote in person.”

another move that will further disenfranchise Republican efforts to retain senators in Georgia.

Not looking good.

Absolutely jaw dropping.

I recently had to get a new Ohio driver’s license. In order to use my driver’s license as ID to fly domestically, I had to produce a birth certificate, my social security card, and recent bills to prove my residency.

But to vote, something as important as voting, an ID is discriminatory?!

You’re right. We are done.

Infuriating.

UHaul rental, car rental, old days of video and dvd rental, any new prescription, clinic or hospital admission, opening a bank account and more——absolute demand for photo ID.

Voting? That’s racisss.

Upholding the Constitution is unconstitutional to these idiots.

The Supreme Court refused to hear the case.

That is different than deciding a case.

The party's over......

Theirs maybe ... In all seriousness, I (like a ton of others) am wondering about the wisdom of even having a "Supreme Court". It's ridiculous what they're doing!

So if 2 million Chinese People’s Liberation Army members jump off an airplane in KC, do instant registration using their hotel receipts for “proof of residency”, that’s OK by the Supremes?

Maybe they think they’re the UN court, not the Supreme Court of the United States.

So then, what is the Constitutional justification to require me to provide ID and submit to an FBI background check just to exercise my 2A right to buy a firearm?

This is one of those times where Kansas should do it anyway. What could the Supreme Court do? They have no police.
If only citizens can vote, it seems like a no brainer that the state should make sure of this.

It looks like SC is not going to touch states’ voting laws. I hope Kansas itself goes back to the drawing board - along with all the others who have been complicit in this skullduggery.

But if I’m 50 and they demand ID for a liquor purchase...that’s fine...

Free men are protected by only two things. Our ability to vote, and the 2nd amendment. Since you’ve stolen the first one, prepare for the 2nd.

Am I missing something or is the headline about Voter ID and the ruling about Proof of Citizenship.

I’m not crazy about the ruling but this is not about Voter ID. Throwing out Voter ID as a criteria for voting would be be much worse that a Citizenship Test.

Seems to me

Correct me if I’m wrong. That happens occasionally.

On a bright note; if we end up in martial law maybe the Army can arrest the Supreme Court Justices so ones that read the Constitution can be appointed.

This is a total INSURRECTION. SCOTUS is saying it’s okay for fake people, dead people and people from other countries(China) to interfere and to vote in the election. Roberts has essentially given his blessing to FRAUD covering the asses of all deep state entities involved in the election.
It’s time for MARTIAL LAW. The President is the only one standing in the way of the total take over of the US.
The other option is to have a bloody war and it will come.
