Rush just brought out a very good point. He said that the Supreme Court refused to hear the case because they wanted Trump out of office. It’s easy to take legalese, which is confusing to laymen at the best of times, and make up some muckety-muck that sounds good as a reason not to hear the case.
Bingo. Then make up the rest and parse it out to idiots.
I agree and mark levine stated clearly yesterday our supreme court is gutless among other words .......we got 3 moderates from trump and a terd from Bush

I like Rush Limbaugh, but he often has an annoying tendency to substitute his own opinions for objective analysis. I’ve noticed this occurring more frequently in the last year or two, and I’ve attributed it to his inability to spend as much time preparing for his daily show as he used to.
So if the SCOTUS wants TRUMP OUT .... they want US OUT ALSO!!!
Something was posted last night on FR that said John Roberts was screaming at the other justices that SCOTUS didn’t want to be responsible for riots, and that the junior justices need to “remember their place” or something along that line.
Buy the time a lawyer gives an answer nobody remembers what the question was, including the damned lawyer.
