horrible reason to overturn a Presidential election

This is NOT “overturning an election”, it is trying to come up with a correct Constitutional result when a bunch of dirty deep staters pee and defecate in the voters’ swimming pool.

Don't disagree on that, however perception is everything and that's the way it would have been played by the media and people would have bought it.

The stuff starting to come out now is shocking and if it gets full disclosure with supporting evidence a majority of American voters will be in favor tar and feathering Biden and his cronies, not swearing him in as President

Nice article, but fear ruled the SC, not principle or law.

I’m no constitutional scholar, but what kind of harm would have been done by SCOTUS simply hearing the case out? Then would the Court decide whether or not Texas had “standing”.

I like Rush Limbaugh, but he often has an annoying tendency to substitute his own opinions for objective analysis. I’ve noticed this occurring more frequently in the last year or two, and I’ve attributed it to his inability to spend as much time preparing for his daily show as he used to.

Letting Anybody Bring Suit Would Not Go Well

A state suing other states for violating the constitution is not "anybody." It's a state with a right to seek the original jurisdiction of the SC per the constitution to force another state to follow the constitution.

Texas’s Theory of Harm Was Pretty Hypothetical

Violate the Constitution to perfect a fraudulent election is not "hypothetical" but "actual" or "imminent"

So multiple states cheated to win an election by falsifying ballots and throwing out votes for the republicans. Illegal votes in any state disenfranchise voters in states who did not cheat. That was amazingly simple. Illegal votes don’t count.

So you think the Texas suit was “horrible.” Then what remedy does exist in a situation like this? If an election is clearly stolen, what remedy exists? Seems to me the answer is no remedy exists. Sure, there is the theoretical sending it to the Congress, but there is no genuine opportunity to prove the theft and no remedy to fix it even when the steal is obvious as it is in this situation. So must we just accept the situation?

If they wrote up the wrong bill then they would have no standing. I would be willing to bet it is being rewritten as we speak.

It’s time for patriot’s to have a field day, which is actually military jargon for a general cleanup, policing, repair and maintenance of a military vessel or facility.

The President signed onto that petition.Presumably he doesn’t have standing either. SCOTUS refused to hear the case because they knew if they did they’d have to grant the petitioners the relief they asked for. And then those who voted in favor of granting that relief would be in actual danger of harm,as would their families.

Exactly. The Texas law suit was a good start to shape the battle field of public opinion and kick off the offensive. As such it was brilliant legal and effective maneuver, but everyone knew it was a long shot given the evidence of fraud and foreign collusion in the pipeline

Texans are harmed by higher taxes, immigration issues,
bailouts of irresponsible blue states and a myriad
of other issues. Robed assholes are still assholes.

As someone wrote, if we can’t use the soap box, ballot box or jury box, there is only one box left.

Lots of words, little or no action.

The enemy is going all out for the win in GA for two US Senate seats in runoffs January 5. As of today, they look to be on track to win.

Then all the ‘words’ will be as graffiti on a dead republic.

* All future elections will be rigged.
* The Supreme Court will be restructured.
* The CCP model will proceed over years to become the norm of life. Some say genocide will occur.

BS. Texas is clearly harmed by massive vote fraud in other states in relation to who is president.

Plus the constitution requires the USSC court to hear cases where there are disputes between states. The only standing required is that Texas is state, and that they are suing another state. Any laws stating otherwise are laws that are not in the constitution, and therefore invalid.

Texas and ALL citizens of every state have standing in that our individual votes are wiped because of the cheating and fraud committed in particularly those four states. Maybe the filing was not worded or argued properly but it remains that an important election has been stolen. That should be corrected by demanding full accountability and accuracy from every state.
