You allude to a good point I think, namely, that it would benefit all concerned if the black and brown community, and many whites for that matter, would learn who the REAL enemy is.
It is not Joe and Jane Smith down the street and in the office next to yours.
The reason we never get anywhere is the true oppressors are not identified and railed against. They have us all fighting among ourselves.

If you’ve ever lived in an inner city black “community,” you know very well the issue with getting your ‘stuff together’ has nothing to do with ‘trust:’ it has to do with getting off your ass and getting your stuff together.

The earliest US Federal Income Tax was by bills to be paid when the people made out a check. Quickly became a totally mandatory deduction and then produced federal lawsuits if not enough (as quarterly payments from some people today).
The reparations will have to have mandatory deductions from your gross income and, please consider this idea I had----any sale of a boat, car, house, belongings or merchandise will have to have reparations paid or the government will miss that revenue stream. Makes sense?
