Yes pence should delegate the counting of the votes to a Dominion machine that his tech people are in control of. 1.3 yotes for trump .75 votes for bidden can be used for some legal fractional vote counting. This is just a way of making sure we get a good and accurate vote from the electrol Collège. the 58 percent error rate pence can adjudicate in trumps favor and we will win by a wide margin
