So this is sufficient to win Wisconsin, provided they can make the determinations and do it fairly.
Domino #2, maybe?
Michigan court just determined that dominion systems were programmed to cheat.
Any state that used dominion voting is now in question.
They affectively said that they lied when they said it was the glitch when Trump votes were switched to Biden
Then what is the determination based upon?

This is good news. It is better than a ruling of “no standing.” Hopefully Giuliani and the rest of Trump’s legal team can use this to make an argument to Congress that the electoral college vote should be delayed after December 14, 2020.

How do you toss a ballot that has been comingled?
So Trump’s team would have to go to each and every voter to determine whether they went to Walmart or the Post Office or anywhere else at the time that they requested their ballot. He only needs 20,000 to toss those votes, but he also needs to identify them as Biden voters.

To answer these questions, we interpret Wis. Stat.
§ 6.86(2)(a) (2017–18).1 In so doing, we conclude § 6.86(2)(a)
requires that (1) each individual elector make his or her own
determination as to whether the elector is indefinitely confined;
(2) an elector’s determination may be based only upon age, physical
illness or infirmity; and (3) an elector is indefinitely confined
for his or her own age, physical illness or infirmity, not those
of another person.
¶3 Accordingly, we conclude that the Respondents’
interpretation of Wisconsin election laws was erroneous.
Additionally, we conclude that Emergency Order #12 did not render
all Wisconsin electors “indefinitely confined,” thereby obviating
the requirement of a valid photo identification to obtain an
absentee ballot.

Actually, what REALLY happened was that the Socialist Democrats of Wisconsin mailed out ballots to EVERYONE IN WISCONSIN- living or dead, and those that came back were most likely marked as such, because, well, the reason they sent every living soul in Wisconsin a ballot in the FIRST PLACE was because our dip-shiite Governor was changing his mind by the DAY whether to lock us all down on Election Day!
Also - an easy way to CHEAT - as people were saying when PA started this foolishness. (Yes, I know a few other states have mail-in ballots, only. And those would be BLUE states, no?)
Beau and I each got ballots; we never requested them. So did my deceased Dad! We shredded them all and voted in person.
Still waiting for Wisconsin to update her Voter Rolls (45 days post election - another DEADLINE ignored!) to see if my Dad ‘voted’ or not. Grrrrr!
Okay, so there’s a bunch of takeaways I see from this:
1. This is probably a final decision. While the Dems may wish to appeal to SCOTUS, I can’t see them even taking the case.
2. So now there’s 215,000 votes in limbo. Does that mean somebody is gonna have to make 215,000 phone calls to ascertain ‘indefinitely confined’? What kind of quiz would be involved: “Were you able to leave your home at any point in the first week of November?” If so, you’re not indefinitely confined... or would they simply take an assent on that question?
5. Finally... how would they match up people with vote results - that’s supposedly secret, right?
3. How soon could this possibly get resolved — 215,000 votes is a lot.
4. How many people would be called who answer “what? I didn’t send a mail ballot!”
Fake news. Trump LOST 4-3. People are quoting from the 3 dissenting opinions.
Someone in Wisconsin must’ve decided that communism isn’t really all it’s cracked up to be.
