The Supreme Court is the major bulwark against the destruction of the Second Amendment at the federal level. The independence of the Court is essential to protect the Second Amendment at the Court.
On The Russ Clark Show, a local radio show in Yuma Arizona, an investment guru guest, known only as “Edward”, made a prediction: The Supreme Court justices would not accept the Texas v. Pennsylvania lawsuit contesting the legality of the elections in four states.
The show is local, but is regularly listened to by members of Congress (over the Internet). Congressmen and members of the Trump campaign have been regular guests.
Edward's argument was: Supreme Court Justices would not rule to enforce the Constitution, because they fear their homes would be burned.
In plain language, he believed political terror had already supplanted the rule of law in the United States. Edward predicted two run-off elections in Georgia will result in two Democrats being elected.
His argument: the machine in Georgia was successful in electing candidate Biden. Why wouldn't they duplicate the process for the two Senators?
Edward is not mentally challenged. He has a brilliant mind. He is said, by my sources, to be managing assets in the billions. He has wisely kept a low profile. His judgment has been excellent. It is how he has made his wealth, starting from middle-class roots. I disagree with his analysis.
If we are already in an era of political terror, where Supreme Court justices rule because they fear their houses being burned, his results do not follow. It is a non-sequitur.
If we are already in a regime of political terror, safety is not obtained by placating the terrorists, those who would burn down your house, because you disagree with them.

I totally believe the two Democrats will win in GA. They haven’t done anything about the system; neither the voting booths nor the mail-in ballots. Why should we expect it to be a fair election?
If the RATs win in Georgia they win EVERYTHING. If they lose they face the possibility of long jail terms. They will do Anything it takes to steal this election again.
Trump got recommendations from GOP operatives and nominated three Supremes and many other judges. The GOP is as much a part of the swamp as the RATS, hence Trump ended up adding to the swamp with these low life, backstabbing cowardly judges who crapped all over the Constitution.
I am fairly certain that one of the conservative candidates in a “photo op” with a white supremacist was set up.
.....I like Dean and read him regularly. But, his thesis has one big hole in it and that’s John Roberts. Many think, based largely upon some of his idiotic rulings, that he has already gone YELLOW on us. If so, the Supreme Court is LOST and can no longer defend the Constitution.
Abe Lincoln threatened to arrest Justice Taney. If martial law is declared, and it may be, Robert’s should be arrested and if an investigation finds he did not live up to his oath to the Constitution he should be prosecuted in a military court since our Justice system is populated by non patriots.
Roberts undependability is mentioned in the article.
