I don’t disagree that the evidence is overwhelming. But how much of a failure does a legal team have to be to not have a win in court yet?
My friend in GA who installed the cameras in the Fulton County State Farm Arena tipped of the WH directly with the 36 hours of footage that shows the ballot dumps, the movement and counting after they sent home watchers, and ballots being run through the machines up to three times each. How much evidence does a legal team for the Whitehouse need to get a successful case? It’s almost like it was all for show.

I think everything comes back to Bill Barr. When crimes are committed in the normal course of everyday living, private citizens not responsible to gather evidence and bring it to court. That’s what Attorney General’s are for.
Legal teams can not be held responsible for corrupt and cowardly judges.
The talking points are now to avoid any mention of the stolen election, don’t even use the terms false and baseless anymore, and concentrate on how horrible a sore loser Trump is for not conceding.
I share your utter disgust with Trump’s seemingly inept legal team.
I’ve seen enough evidence to be convinced but cannot get over how they are incapable of assembling a winning case—before any court.
Moreover, I wish they would simply play Biteme boasting about how “He’s got the greatest election fraud organization in this country’s history!” He obviously knew he could chill in his basement because the strategically placed RATS had everything planned out ahead of time to steal the election.

Depends on whether they are making a case for a courtroom or for a backroom meeting with the CIA and other miscreants.
I still think the real fight is happening off-camera. Trump may lose, but it isn't going to be because of these silly judges and legislatures.
