I share your utter disgust with Trump’s seemingly inept legal team.
I’ve seen enough evidence to be convinced but cannot get over how they are incapable of assembling a winning case—before any court.
Moreover, I wish they would simply play Biteme boasting about how “He’s got the greatest election fraud organization in this country’s history!” He obviously knew he could chill in his basement because the strategically placed RATS had everything planned out ahead of time to steal the election.
Nearly every case (not sure about one of the PA filings) was dismissed on procedure NOT merit. That is an important distinction. It was either filed too early, too late, wrong venue, wrong plaintiff (standing), etc.
We even had other lawyers who said, “If they would just do this..” and they did it and it was still dismissed on technicalities.
It didn’t matter, cases were filed in every manner, before certification, after certification, by every plaintiff from voters to electors to states to the president, in state courts, federal courts, appeals courts and SCOTUS.
This is not about the lawyers.
It seems to me more like the courts just flat-out do not WANT to see or hear the evidence, than the legal team being inept.
And that's a scary thought.

Every case could be, and probably has been, 100% a “winning case”. First, judges are politicians now and are not dedicated to justice. Second, there have been very credible reports of horrible threats to family, children, and even pets.
Just because cases have been lost doesn’t mean they weren’t winning cases in a normal and decent country.
