It seems to me more like the courts just flat-out do not WANT to see or hear the evidence, than the legal team being inept.
And that's a scary thought.
I personally think the democrats would not carry out such an elaborate multi-state steal, and not ensure they had judges in their back pocket.

A scarier thought is that some of the judges were appointed by PDJT himself. Who advised PDJT to nominate these judges? When we get the answer to that, I think we’ll know who is behind all this.
