The county received bids from Election Systems & Software, Hart InterCivic and Dominion Voting Systems, and a panel of 13 election and county workers spent months evaluating and ranking the machines, Elections Administrator Heider Garcia said.
But not everyone agreed that the county made the right choice.

Magically, the very conservative city of Fort Worth voted Democrat this past month. In the video for this newspaper piece, the administrator explains how easy it is to accidentally switch a vote from Republican to Democrat.
I do think the fraud seekers need to look at this particular case because here in Texas there are many more conservative people who would be willing to confront this abuse. I think it is highly likely that fraud happened in Fort Worth and little is said about this because Texas remained strongly red in the 2020 election.
The obvious questions are why did Fort Worth go with a system in 2019 that texas experts said was ripe for fraud. as you listen to the description of the software and hardware, you certainly get that sense as well.

The Dominion machines ALL need to be junked.
They cannot be trusted to ever be used in another election.
I agree. I am in Collin county and I can tell you the Tarrant County Republicans are some of the best organized and active anywhere
When I saw the results I wondered what happened.
Now I know. I hope the Tarrant County GOP fights back
“how easy it is to accidentally switch a vote from Republican to Democrat”
But impossible to switch a vote from Democrat to Republican?
Are these machines bulletproof?
Heider Garcia was hired as the Tarrant County Elections Administrator in 2018. He previously worked for Smartmatic for 12 years and received his engineering degree in Venezuela in 2003.
Of course, I would never advocate illegal acts like arson or destruction of gov't property...
Tarrant county is still red. Just slightly more purple.

I think I see where the problem lies...right THERE.
All electronic voting needs to be banned. Anyone with any sense knew they were ultimate tool for cheating in an elections. We were all warned. We did nothing.
The state of Texas could outright ban them. But they will not.
I suspect Kay Granger is on it. Makes no sense to me how she regularly wins by 30 points, but all conservative candidates are either win by a hair or near miss.
Would be a shame if the machine next to the one you use to vote on got a bottle of superglue dumped on the buttons.
Tarrant voted Beto in 2018.
If they count votes as fractions, then they are designed to cheat.
But will the citizens of Tarrant county do anything about it?
What about fire proof?
I saw that article as well but if you look at the later articles by the Star Telegram you find out that Biden did indeed win Fort Worth.
To my mind, your article and the later articles are good evidence of fraud. The vote changed over a period of about 5 days in Tarrant county.
Here is a lefty publication in Dallas describing the progression a few days later:
For those deeply curious about specific results in Fort Worth, Texas, this is the election results page. One prominent note is that the Republican Senator John Cornyn defeated Hagar in a landslide but Biden won.
That in itself is rather interesting and suggests that many votes were only for Biden and no other races. Cornyn is a rather uninspiring Republican— especially in comparison to Ted Cruz. It is surprising that no coattails seemed to exist for these Biden to Hegar voters.
