ATLANTA (AP) — President Donald Trump has lost his latest legal challenge seeking to overturn Georgia’s election results, with the state Supreme Court’s rejection late Saturday of a case from Trump’s campaign and Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer.
The suit - similar to other Trump team legal challenges, which made baseless allegations of widespread fraud in Georgia’s presidential election - was initially filed Dec. 4, then rejected by the Fulton County Superior Court because the paperwork was improperly completed and it lacked the appropriate filing fees.
The case was subsequently appealed directly to the state Supreme Court, asking justices to consider the case before Monday’s meeting of the Electoral College. In a brief order, justices wrote that “petitioners have not shown that this is one of those extremely rare cases that would invoke our original jurisdiction.”

Unfortunately, AFB, the end result is the same. This coup has been planned for awhile. Every facet of it has been covered and that obviously includes the entire judicial system.

As I just posted a bit ago, it appears that this has been planned well in advance, and all facets of it are covered, including the judicial system. Something definitely stinks in Mudville....smells like obama/soros/DS and their ilk.
There were 226 original jurisdiction lawsuits, 120 state and federal appeals and 35 appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Is President Trump the one who is dropping all of the information about the Chinese spies? Is that preparation for using the executive order on foreign interference? I think that the Chinese and the CIA have blackmailed many many of our judges that can only be the answer. If not then he’s judge simply do not understand at after this there will be no country for them to be a judge to defend and enforce the law because they simply will not matter.

I have pretty much tuned out the court stuff. I’m following the bread crumbs to executive action.
Can someone tell me this. If you look at all the cases filed by the Trump team, how many have received a full evidentiary trial? Affidavits are one thing but have the witnesses testimony been heard in a full evidentiary hearing?
It bothers me enough to lose a case, BUT to not even get a “day” in court is unacceptable. These Courts seem to be seeking out technicalities and otherwise be making rulings on the pleadings alone.

What makes you think they had to be pressured to do this? Most judges by the nature of the process wherein they become judges are deep state by definition and the last thing they want to do is rock the boat.

No, not one Trump witness or piece of evidence has been allowed into a court of law. Not one court has allowed any evidence to be forensically examined.
Courts have been rendered irrelevant. Only an emergency special address to Congress, revealing definitive fraud and CCP influence on the election, will change the electors’ minds.
