This page bloviates as much about him as he bloviates in the video in this post. It is scores, maybe 100, pages long of almost incomprehensible junk. Wikipedia Profile For Jovan Hutton Pulitzer. The URL has "wikipedia" in it, but it is NOT the domain name. There is NO Wikipedia entry for him I can find. Why would a guy cheat with a phony Wikipedia entry and claim something at his own site is his Wikipedia record?
He strikes me a slippery and slimy operator, fast and loose with the truth.
There is no true biography of him anywhere that I can find.
This was news on other sites right after the election. One forensic expert said there are 19 indicative points on a ballot that will differentiate machine-made from human-filled-out. He discussed the lack of a fold, too.
You explained it in two sentences that took 5 seconds to read. He bloviated for 20 minutes and, if there was a nugget in there, I must have skipped through it.

Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, the trump team, all of them have sworn affidavits from witnesses who saw many many ballots in pristine condition in the mail-in ballot counts.
POTUS should take over the Emergency Broadcasting Network and play clips of witnesses, algorithm gurus, videos of dems shutting out poll watchers, the under the table ballots, and other evidence the courts refuse to look at. Play it for at least 24 hours. Let the people see.
