Maybe Trump ought to fire and replace his legal team. They dont seem to know how to argue and win a court case. If I were Trump, I’d ask them for my money back.
Yeah... the fat lady is warming up. Standing? To me that means the Supreme want nothing to do with this case.
Can somebody please explain who in this country has standing? Or is that legal mambo-jumbo for “we are too chicken s&!t to make a decision.”?
Once again, people we fought for so hard to get on the Court let us down. The Communists ALWAYS stick together and we get left holding the bag. They made their decision. Now let them enforce it.

Well, I guess we now know the SCOTUS is going to be nothing but a rubber stamp for the autocratic oligarchy we’re all about to be subjected to.
When there is no Constitution, no justice, no legal recourse, not even honest democratic process anymore, what’s left?
Well, according to Hannity tonight the problem is that Texas cannot appeal to the Supreme Court to make a decision for a different state, ie Pennsylvania.
