Fox news:
155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
This will be the first inauguration since 1972 that I won’t be watching. I won’t be able to bear it.
That won't matter if the Democrats get and keep control of all three branches of the government, which they are in a position to do, and very soon.
I was suspicious of Gorsuch because of his origins. For a long time Boulder, CO which is solidly liberal would vote a Republican in as their representative. It was a fake way for them to appear tolerant because the Republican they chose was a known RINO. Then one year the RINO decided not to run but failed to send out the memo. The good citizens of Boulder voted Republican as always and ended up choosing a pro-life conservative math teacher. They were so appalled at their mistake that they’ve voted solid Dem ever since.

There are only two reasons for an adult Roman Catholic to convert to the Episcopal Church of the United States, and those are homosexuality and abortion.
In Roman Catholicism they are (at least formally) forbidden, in ECUSA they are celebrated as sacraments.
Draw your own conclusions about Gorsuch.
“ It wasn’t the blue collar whites who supported him in 2016 who didn’t vote for Trump this time”
I have read that the same exit polls that showed scoring gains with blacks and Hispanics also showed him with slight losses among non college educated white men.
Amen!
I want to know who called the election supervisors just before the count was stopped in Pa, MI, Wi and Ga. Just seize the phone records and try this case in the court of public opinion.
Trump is a young and vigorous 74.....surprised you don’t know that
And btw, no one else....worthy....showed up for this job
Like Jim Noble, I suspected Gorsuch was a social liberal because he was raised Catholic and switched to Episocplian in college. Probably 95% of the people who do that do so because they dislike the Catholic Church's positions on issues like abortion and gay marriage.
Even WORSE, there are TWO Episcopalian churches in Boulder, and Gorsuch and his wife attend the FAR more liberal one! Impy and others just shrugged that off and dismissed it with "maybe his wife just liked the stained glass windows at the liberal church better". I seriously doubted that was the case. Gorsuch and his wife happily attend a church every Sunday with an insane far-left SJW female "priestess" pastor who preaches envirowackoism and gun grabbing from the pulpit every week. If FReepers sincerely felt that that had no effect on Gorsuch whatsoever and didn't matter at all about his fitness for SCOTUS, then they owe Barack Obama a sincere apology for attacking him for his association with Trinity UCC and "Rev" Jeremiah Wright.
Some FReepers tried to excuse it with "well, the Catholic Church has a liberal Pope in Rome I don't see YOU leave, blah blah blah", which is totally immaterial and comparing apples to oranges. It's like shrugging off someone happily moving from a small town in Texas to a gay pride neighborhood in San Francisco with "well, you stayed in America when the country elected Obama, didn't you?"
Ha I drive a truck too. They say if every trucker stopped driving and went on strike, after a week people would start starving. 1st days mention of the strike, people would rush the grocery stores emptying it leaving others who weren’t fast enough with nothing. After a week whatever food these people had left in their fridge would be gone, if not sooner, and then what? Where would they get food? Deli? Pizza joint? Restaurants? Well those places wouldn’t get deliveries as well. My point being in an extremely short time, this country would be brought to its knees. The problem with that though I assume the military, national guard would be brought into deliver food but on the other hand, the military as well could refuse being that the first oath they take during their oath of enlistment is to support and defend the constitution against not just foreign enemies but domestic as well.
We’ll see as it’s not a steep mountain; it’s a vertical climb now.
Damn!
I hope Team Trump has another trick to play now. Knew standing would be a problem. Can a meteor crash into Joe and Commie?
That was certainly operative for the legal cases that a large number of We The People brought in matters related to Barry's lied-about-and-falsified eligibility. So many case were dismissed for lack of standing--even that Alan Keyes, who was even a candidate in the a presidential race!
No case was heard on the merits (though through dumb luck Orly Taitz received but flubbed a golden opportunity with the Mississippi Democrats suit for that judge to be cold facts of fraud for consideration) for that and his earlier (particularly 2013 (hoaxed killing of the LFBC-producing CIA asset) and 2016-2017 (Trump spying, SC, impeachment)) election fraud events.
We the People repeatedly tipped our hands from 2004-2018 to the elitist cabal that we were not yet ready to stop our "betters" from election theft.
We're now paying for those earlier mistakes, dropped balls and lack of commitment to spending money in response to Barry and his CIA comrades--who, I believe, even now continue to lick their chops far more often than break out in Conservative-imagined panic sweats.
Pray we don't pay much more!
Like Reform Judaism, the EC is for those who want to feel good about going to services without the inconvenient moral codes ...
Not by legal means, not by State Police, not by Federal Law enforcement.Outright election fraud has been overlooked
We the people have been screwed by law enforcement NOT DOING THEIR JOBS and selectively allowing crime to occur
So what comes next ? can the communists do whatever they want now with no law enforcement to stop them ?
What are the rules now ? can we do whatever we want too ?
isn’t it surreal to think that in this decade there will very likely be an israeli-arab alliance against whatever axis (with Iran at point) tries to put boots on the ground in the mid-east.
imagine Israeli and Egyptian soldiers fighting together! Nasser would be turning in his grave!
