Biden Is Poised To Hand Republicans An Incredible Tool To Investigate The Hunter Corruption Scandal

China, Ukraine, tax fraud, corruption, and federal investigations. After a year of partisan attacks and obfuscations, media smears and derision, and Big Tech censorship and de-platformings, this week the Hunter Biden protection chamber finally collapsed.

As reporting by The New York Post, The Daily Caller News Foundation, James Rosen, Tucker Carlson, The Federalist, and others continues to pile up, corroborated drip by drip, so too do the questions for both the incoming Biden administration and the former Obama administration. Fortunately for interested U.S. senators, the two administrations are stacking up to be virtually identical — and they just might get the chance to ask a few questions.

Among Joe Biden’s intended nominees are former White House Chief of Staff and Deputy National Security Advisor Denis McDonough, up for Veterans Affairs; former Deputy National Security Councilor and Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken, up for State; and former Deputy National Security Advisor and Deputy Director of the CIA Avril Haines, up for director of national intelligence.

Then there’s former Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas — an apparent expert at wielding government power to help connected Democratic politicians — up for Homeland Security. And let’s not forget former Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel, who might get Transportation (although not if the left has anything to say about it).

All of these positions require Senate approval, and during the Obama years all of these people were in position to know a little — or a lot — about the vice president’s ne’er-do-well tag-along son and all his pastimes.

Step one for Republicans? Start with the facts and ask these sterling Obama-Biden veterans to acknowledge the reporting on Hunter’s alleged infractions. There’s more than a year of it already out there, and despite the Democratic-big tech-media campaign to suppress, discredit, and censor good reporting and even government statements, the now very-public grand jury and Department of Justice investigations demonstrate that earlier suspicions were at least worth digging into. Unfortunately for these nominees, by mid-winter 2021 even more will be known about the investigations, and what they’re uncovering.

Nominees before the Senate will have the choice to claim ignorance, cop up to the grimy details, or try to push back. No matter which door they choose, they’ll face some very awkward questioning.

This is just the start. Who will be named for attorney general? It matters less if he were in a position to directly witness — or have direct knowledge of — Hunter’s profiteering from compromised Ukrainians and Communist Party elite; it matters most if he will publicly recuse himself from any role in the actual investigation. Hint: The answer to recusal will have to be “yes” if Republicans keep both their spines and the Senate.

Further, will the nominee for attorney general commit to ensuring his deputies do not interfere with any investigation? Bonus hint: The correct answer is once again “yes.”

It’s a commitment that ought to be posed not just to the potential attorney general, but to every nominee who is in a position to interfere. When it’s an investigation of an American citizen’s actions across multiple countries over multiple continents, that’s going to be a lot of commitments from a lot of people in a lot of places.

But how could anyone be sure the investigation is above board? That is, unless a special counsel were to be appointed. The idea isn’t simple partisan vengeance, although there would be some historic poetry to it.

Senators have real cause for concern: After all, the attorney general from the administration Biden is seemingly rebuilding once publicly bragged about being “the president’s wingman.” And what kind of wingman prosecutes his buddy’s kid for selling influence to foreign adversaries?

There’s time to have a laugh at all this, but it is deadly serious business. The United States has been under attack from China for decades, and might be in an actual shooting war sooner than we’d like. Joe Biden’s son rode his father’s White House plane to China to make millions allegedly peddling influence to powerful members of the Chinese Communist Party. Far from a game, there are potentially serious ramifications — and a serious investigation is needed.

The good news for Republicans — hardly an artistic bunch — is they don’t even have to write a script. The script has already been written for them.

Who benefits? Here is speculation from an earlier reply today:

Many of us have been predicting long before the election that a victory for Joe Biden would lead to at best a Regency presidency and at worst a coup of sorts. In short we were predicting that sometime after the inauguration the Democrats vying for virtual if not titular ownership of the Oval Office would start eating their own.

It seems that our predictions were not ambitious enough. There are many straws in the wind indicating that the infighting has already commenced. The revelations concerning the crimes of the Biden family are not emanating from conservative sources, rather, the Biden family itself released information that Hunter Biden was being criminally investigated. This is no longer being ignored by the left-wing press but now trumpeted by the left wing press, witness the article by The Daily Beast. Were the Biden's tipped by the DOJ, by The Daily Beast or other left-wing media?

The fact of the Biden corruption is after all old news, more interesting is the source of the revelations. Left-wing media sources are citing anonymous leaks from the Department of Justice, my bet is that those leaks in the Department of Justice are coming not from right-wingers but from the very same leftists who tried to unseat Donald Trump by waging lawfare. Donald Trump has been deposed, they believe, and their useful idiot is now expendable. After all, Biden has promised all things to all leftists but the exotic menagerie of leftist interests are not always parallel, they are competitive. Why is the CIA quarreling with the Department of Defense?

If so, the source of these leaks will begin to profile the factions vying for power. An obvious candidate, of course, is Comella Harris who stands 1st in constitutional line for the office. Is she cutting deals with some left-wing factions? Will she be exposed or otherwise discredited? Who will do that?

Representative Eric Swalwell has been exposed and humiliated not by a right-wing media outlet but by Axions. Is this is only a simple news story or is this a way to undermine Nancy Pelosi? After all, the speaker of the house will be 2nd in line behind Comella Harris and it is not inconceivable that a deal is being cut either by aggressive Democrats in the house with Comella Harris or with Biden to protect them in the house. We simply don't know who the players are and what their alignments are. Events will ultimately reveal all.

The DoD wants to withhold funds from the CIA. Is that part of the internecine warfare which I believe is being waged even now below the surface? It will be interesting to see how Harris, Biden, Pelosi and Schumer align in this dispute. Which side does China favor? Which side does the military-industrial complex favor? What leverage by way of blackmail does the CIA have? What about the FBI? Follow the money. Analyze the leaks.

The Dems will end the investigations by stealing the Senate in Georgia. Kemp and Abrams are running the same script and it appears that there will be MORE mail in ballots going out than the Presidential election. Also no signature verification in Atlanta, at the same arena for counting as well. That one woman is also going to be counting ballots.

It doesn’t matter what the SCOTUS will decide. Granted, it would be nice for them to do the right thing and declare the changes in voting laws in the various states was unconstitutional, but I’m thinking more and more by the hour, that they won’t.

So, like Andrew Jackson, Trump will play his final card, and that is to do something that will stop the process.

I don’t know what that would be, but if there’s proof that foreign governments interfered then maybe he can declare Marshall Law. Don’t know.

I do know this:

Trump will never concede to these crooks. He will not sit there, and shake hands with Biden during some half ass inaugural.

He may leave with his family, but he won’t concede, and in fact declare that the election was stolen.

Biden, is soon to get implicated in his son’s scandals. So what then? Kamala Harris is president?

Documents prepared as part of an ongoing lawsuit against Biden and his business partners allege they are in violation of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and have committed fraud.

In January the FBI raided the offices of Americore Health, a health care company that manages rural hospitals, wh10/28 ere James Biden, brother of former vice president candidate and current presidential candidate Joe Biden, was a major investor. Documents prepared as part of an ongoing lawsuit against Biden and his business partners, hedge fund managers Michael Lewitt and Amer Rustom, allege they are in violation of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and have committed fraud related to their investments in Americore and another company, Diverse Medical Management. The documents, prepared in March, were never submitted to the court and sources now say the lawsuit is headed for a settlement. In the documents, Grant White, the former CEO of Americore, makes detailed allegations that Biden’s corrupt business practices helped drive his company into bankruptcy. White also alleges that Biden and Lewitt improperly took money meant for company operations and lined their own pockets. He further alleges that James Biden failed to make good on promises that his political connections would deliver large investments from the Middle East.

A filing in federal bankruptcy court in February by the federal trustee, Paul A. Randolph, alleges White has “grossly mismanaged” his business; “has not operated the hospitals in a manner that is consistent with public safety”; and “improperly siphoned money from the Debtors for his personal benefit.” The court subsequently removed White as CEO of Americore by the court. In a lengthy missive to legal commentator Jonathan Turley’s blog in March, Michael Lewitt questioned White’s credibility at length.

However, White was prepared to submit a sworn declaration in the ongoing lawsuit against Biden and his business partners backing up his allegations. Further, he turned over a significant number of primary documents undergirding these claims that were reviewed for this article.

“[Biden told me] there’s not a single door in the country that we can’t open. So if I wanted to meet, you know, the head of Google, it’s a phone call,” White says. “James Biden always represented himself as the fundraiser for his brother’s campaigns… he was the guy raising the money and so he knew everybody.”

According to White, James Biden, along with hedge fund managers Michael Lewitt and Amer Rustom, became enamored of Americore’s business model and approached White about investing in the company. They agreed to enter into business together on the promise that Biden and his partners would be able to deliver upwards of $30 million to invest in Americore.

I’ve lived in Communist countries, and the disturbing thing for me is I find the same analytical tools and mindset one would use in those places to study politics and internal bureaucratic warfare are increasingly applicable here in the USA.

What factions are aligned, or at war? Who are the controlled media of each faction, and what are they saying? Who is leaking? What is the meaning of specific phrases or timing of statements? What’s the relative power of the various apparatchiks?
