Legal battle lines are being drawn. 17 states side with Texas in their Supreme Court lawsuit. Even President Trump has jumped into the case. 26 states are in opposition. Where will this lead?
And the legacy media... ignores it all.
See video at link.

Only a few have filed in opposition.
It is a total LIE
Not actively opposed, just not signed on with the 17.
BIG difference.
“Twenty-six states oppose? “
Where does the proof of that assertion emanate?
We need a list of the states that oppose.
Where are they getting 26 states oppose?
RE: Supreme Court: 17 States Support Texas
Make that 21 states as of today ( with Texas, 22 ). Then there’s the House Leaders of Pennsylvania supporting Texas’ lawsuit against their own state.

I believe there’s about 21 actively opposed. Several have not taken a side.
>>It is a total LIE<<
Yep...because other states have not taken a stance, they’re obviously in opposition. lol
Propaganda, plain and simple.
Total BS. Nowhere near 26 states have responded to support PA and the rest of the 4 scum states.
I want to see people in prison in those 4, AZ, NV, ...
The actual filing was posted earlier. Scroll down to DC + 22 state link

Motion to Intervene filed by States of Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah!!!
Interventions: 6 states and POTUS
Amicus Briefs: 18 states
TEXAS will win before the Supreme Court. If the case involved offices decided only within individual States, it likely would fail. It will succeed because this election is for President and VP, the only two elective offices that citizens of all states together vote on. Because some states’ violated the Constitution in the Presidential/VP election, the violations directly denied equal protection and due process to the voters of all states. Trump will win. QED
Hey, do not call us scum states. We did not all vote for the “leadership” here. They probably cheated to get their offices, too
It said that 22 states--those with Dem AGs--had joined MI, WI, PA, and GA (for a total of 26 states) to get the courts to throw out Texas's lawsuit.
The battle lines are being drawn.
I think I saw 22 amicus briefs in support of defendant 4 states. Look at supreme court website. May be up to 26.
Some states are saying, “We want to make sure our elections are honest.”
Other states are saying, “No, we don’t.”
Kavanaugh and Gorsuch have already shown their yellow bellies, I’m not so confident.
The Blue states plus NC
