"Pennsylvania’s House speaker and majority leader on Thursday filed an amici curiae brief with the Supreme Court against the state of Pennsylvania and in favor of Texas’s lawsuit against the commonwealth and three other states."
(Excerpt) Read more at theepochtimes.com ...
Looks like the PA Republicans figured out a way to side with Texas even if the state’s leadership are fools.
Well, that just made this even more interesting
Is a state allow to break federal laws regarding national elections? And the next question if the laws don’t matter, why have them?
Pennsylvania Ping!
Please ping me with articles of interest.
FReepmail me to be added to the list.
Same thing with Arizona they all know there was fraud but are hamstrung in getting any relief from their leadership. I think this sends a signal for help from the Court.

Why does Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds have a 300 million dollar net worth with just a 130k salary?
Has Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds ever taken CCP money?
Why hasnt Iowa joined the Texas lawsuit?”
It tells the court, like what AZ did, is that they need the court to address this problem and that they require them to do so.
In the case of PA legislature, it tells the court that there was NO REDRESS allowed by the officials/PA courts and that they have no place to go but to the SCOTUS.
Or something about like that.
In plain-speak, how significant is this?

It’s FRIGGIN’ HUMONGOUS! IMHO, of course.
pretty much an FU to Raffenbooger..
Moreover..the SCOTUS is backed into a corner now. They do not want to take this case because of the political ramifications of it. But I see in no way they can deny this case.
If they try to weasel out of it and fail, then the next step IMO is those states step back and say..”Fine, then there is no redress and you failed to act. So therefor, we have no alternative than to quit the union and leave.” “The contract has been broken by you, the SCOTUS, and we no longer want anything to do with this Union of States.”
BTW..here is a little one I thought of today. If the SCOTUS rules for the TEXAS suit, and it goes back to the state legislatures per the constitution, they COULD, simply vote for Mike Pence for president. Doesnt say in the Constitution that they have to vote for a particular candidate as far as I read it. I may be wrong on that..
The various leaderships did not get dirty overnight.
If we are truly saved by a 2nd Trump Administration, I believe we’re going to see massive revelations about the depth of dirt on politicians across the board and across the country.
I’m comfortable with republicans going to jail right along with democrats, if it’s found they’re bought and/or sold out.
Yes, Iowa should be on the list. But we are not going to be. I wrote an email to AG Tom Miller a couple of days ago and this is the response I got:
Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
We have received several calls and emails about this lawsuit, and we have shared them with Attorney General Miller and others in our office.
Our office does not plan to join the Texas lawsuit because the elections were fairly and safely conducted by election officials of both parties. Attorney General Miller continues to have faith in the integrity of the U.S. election.

Iowa AG Tom Miller is a Democrat.
Our State Governor, Kim Reynolds, actually had to block Miller from joining the lawsuit in support of the defendants.
Meaningless without a full vote of both houses in the affirmative.
Meaningless.
Our crap-weasel Governor of Alaska is also not going to join the lawsuit.
This can’t be right, I don’t think Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds has anywhere near a $300 million net worth. I’d be shocked if it’s $1 million.
Some of the money could be from farm land. I just inherited
a sum of money from my Grand Father’s farm.
(I read 3 million, rather than 300 million? So never mind.)
I think for 300 mil, one could purchase Iowa, North & South Dakota and Nebraska. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING MINNESOTA.
Barb from MN.
they may be relying on this site...which could obviously be wrong
