You are being very ‘audacious’ to say something like that. (sarc)

I read the PA defense and i’m concerned about the signature verification on the ballots. The PA statue does not have a signature verification on the ballot. and there is only a verification of the outside of the envelope that contains the voter information should match the voter information on the voter file. The name of the person is announced and if the poll challenger doesn’t challenge the information the ballot is pass along and opened and tallied. There really is no rejection of ballots for anything on the envelope. The only rejection is dead. I wonder if the Assembly are really that stupid as the write the law that requires no ballot verification. I think Wolf wins this one. The poll watcher and changing of the dates is obvious. WHy some districts rejected ballots is beyond me unless there were conflicting instructions. The statue clearly says to count every ballot returned except challenged, narks on the outside or dea. no other reason is given.

Not so fast, There are 5 conservative, constitutional Justices without Roberts.

Therefore, a 5 to 4 vote means Roberts would be voting with the liberals.

North Carolina has a Democrat AG Stein, that POS probably filed for the defendants and I will bet nobody here knows they did that. Except for Mecklenburg, the Triangle, Greensboro and the Asheville area the rest of the state is bright Red!

SCOTUS appears to be illustrating a saying: You can appoint a judge, but you can’t guarantee his vote. Today I heard of a SCOTUS ruling related to the vote issue which was 8 to 0 against the Trump desired outcome. His new appointee did not vote because she was not sitting when the case was argued In the case of PA, if the state constitution was not followed, then something should have been said/done before the vote was held. I suspect that if SCOtUS is facing 16 AGs from the Texas case they would be facing several million PA voters if the mail in ballots were declared dead.

Isn't that how it should be? One would hope that judges base their decisions on the law and not on politics.
