Coffee County election officials refused to certify the electronic recount earlier this week, citing irreconcilable anomalies with the voting machine results in a letter to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
In the letter, the Coffee County Board of Elections and Registration stated that the electronic recount was unable to repeat duplicate, credible results.
“Any system, financial, voting, or otherwise, that is not repeatable nor dependable should not be used. To demand certification of patently inaccurate results neither serves the objective of the electoral system nor satisfies the legal obligation to certify the electronic recount,” the letter says.
The board noted that it had attached a spreadsheet justifying their decision. They claimed that the anomalies presented during their recounts were irreconcilable.
In concluding their letter, the board maintained that they would only certify the election night report votes. The county was the last to submit their findings during the recount.
Every county in Georgia used Dominion Voting Systems machines during the primaries and general election. The Dominion machines were scrutinized publicly after affiants testified to glitches, server crashes, and delays occurring.
President Donald Trump won the county by nearly 40 points – over 10,500 votes to Democratic candidate Joe Biden’s over 4,500 votes. The county’s margin for this election was about the same from the 2016 election.
Attorney Sidney Powell shared the county’s letter on Parler.
“Coffee County Georgia officials sent out a letter last week to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. County officials told Raffensperger they were not able to duplicate the election night results on their voting machines,” she said.
The Georgia Star News spoke with an election official to discuss the implications of their refusal to certify results. Their spokesperson didn’t return a response by press time.
Biden’s lead was reduced by nearly 1,000 votes in the latest recount – the candidate leads Trump by just over 11,700 votes currently.
Yet the SoS (POS) will certify the results regardless, in violation of Georgia state law.
If only more counties which used the Dominion voting system refused to certify their “funny” numbers.
Wait... the SoS already certified the results for GA, but not all of the counties certified? How is that legal?
“Forget it, Jake. It’s Chinatown.”
It’s not, but the SOS will tell you it’s a perfectly run election.
This a great video, posted at the Ga hearing a bit ago:

About time....
First video starts at around 2:00
That’s messed up. So they have this super advanced system that has no way to properly identify a bad ballot but will mark it for adjudication by the vote tallier? Like the gentleman said at the end of the first video, it works fine for honest people.
They should rename the county from Coffee County to Covfefe County.
The SOS is singing to resisting counties that blues song Elvis used to sing: “I’m a steamroller, baby / I’m gonna roll all over you.....”.
it can identify bad ballots
but the system can be set to determine what criteria is a bad ballot, and what to ignore
Apparently,Georgia is committing fraud still.
