I think if all those join then the list would be ad 25 states. Psychologically, getting to 26 would be good optics.
The three states I coved would be Kentucky, Idaho, and North Carolina. Then it would be a contiguous collection of states where you could drive betwen any two of them without ever crossing ‘non-lawsuit states’.
