I would think that several of the Supreme Court Justices have this in the back of their minds.

If they try, could the Supreme Court rule that a law expanding the court is unconstitutional because it would turn the court into a rubber-stamp for either Congress or the President, rather than an arbiter of the legitimacy of their actions?

Keep in mind that both Biden in Harris are sociopaths, and will lie without restraint or shame depending upon the mood of the moment.

If the courts allow the theft of the Presidential election to stand, and if the Democrats manage to win both of the Georgia special election races, then the Democrats would control the Senate. The only question would be if Manchin might oppose expanding the Supreme Court. They might figure just adding two would be enough—5 liberals, 5 conservatives and Roberts willing to side with the liberals whenever they really need him. Of course that assumes that Breyer (b. 1938) and Thomas (b. 1948) will remain on the Court for the next 4 years.

I keep wondering what this talk is meant to accomplish.

1) Red Meat for the Flying Monkeys - We’ll get you all the sodomy you can stand, and kill anything produced up to age eight, so stay with us and be ready to rumble.

2) We really, Really, REALLY don’t want to see 9-0 Supreme Court decisions on this “election”, so stick with us, Tres Amigos and we’ll send relief.

That’s all I can come up with.
