Current Count of States Joining Texas Lawsuit
FreeRepublic ^ | Dec. 9, 2020 | All of Us

This is all happening so quickly, it is hard to keep up with everything.

From another thread, I found that 17 states had joined the Texas lawsuit.

What is the current count?

Maybe we can keep track of them all in one place:

Please post other states as they join.

Here's what I have found so far:

TEXAS, plus
Alabama,
Arkansas,
Florida,
Indiana,
Kansas,
Louisiana,
Mississippi,
Missouri,
Montana,
Nebraska,
North Dakota,
Oklahoma,
South Carolina,
South Dakota,
Tennessee,
Utah,
West Virginia

The more the merrier... much more difficult to dismiss without comment with half the states joining the lawsuit.

Wouldn't it be ironic if Georgia joined?

Their people should have a real voice in this.

It’s clear now this case WILL be heard. While some think SCOTUS will steer towards re-uniting the country with their ultimate decision, the opposite will occur.

Half the country will be ecstatic (us), and the other half will be apoplectic (65M actual Bitem voters, enemedia and Soros cabal.

It’s very hard to imagine Scotus voting 6-3 to take this up only to tell 17 states to go pound sand. They could more easily tell 17 states to go pound sand without Docketing the case whatsoever.

When the states flex their muscles against the feds, the feds would be wise to pay attention.

Kentucky is conspicuously absent. Looks like Northeast Libs have taken over that State’s political class.

They should just rename the State “Breonna”. And rename Louisville “Taylorville”.

Critical truth, I don’t see the states that matter. GA, WI, MI, PA. Final 3 have Dem Atty Gens so they won’t join, but GA . . . is it infested with never Trumpers?

Almost as pleasing is the fact 48 states have file a
class action lawsuit against Facebook.

The Supreme Court can debate the finer points of legal minutiae, but at the end of the day they are deciding whether or not they will be the _last_ Supreme Court of the _United_ States.

Acceptance (de facto or de jure) of massive voter fraud in a Presidential “election” is a Constitution nullification and suicide pact.
