Wow. Could you make the font LARGER? It’s too small..

At the top of the page there is a "percent" symbol. Change the number to the size you like.

It will be interesting to see if the court grants leave to appeal. I have been pretty negative about all this all the way along as no one has proved fraud or other accusation in a court to a point that will change the election. This case is not about fraud but I am not very optimistic based on what a lot of legal pundits are saying.

I suspect the court will make its decision quite quickly on whether to allow the appeal once the respondents get their submission in to the Court by Thursday.

What remedies/motions are available to SCOTUS to rectify this illegal alteration of election rules within a state/s?

Sekulow said that if SCOTUS rules in favor of Texas, what will happen is the legislature in the 4 states will have to choose electors. If they can’t come to an agreement, it goes to the House of Representatives.

He, or another guest, said that a SCOTUS ruling would give them cover to do the right thing in light of election fraud.

I recommend reading the amici brief from 16 states. It is about 25 pages and it summarizes to a large extent the 154 pages in the Texas complaint.

Trump and Barr saw this coming and talked about it publicly continually for months before it happened. The pending Mail In Ballot fiasco. Nobody did anything to prevent this from happening including Trump and Barr. No courts cases. NADA The Supreme Court will not take up this case because something should have done months earlier. All of the guests on Hannity today agreed the Supreme Court will punt. Case Closed. Biden Wins.

It will be interesting to see if the court grants leave to appeal.

This is the Supreme Court's original jurisdiction if it agrees that a state is a party to a legal claim against it. No leave to appeal is needed, although SCOTUS typically frequently declines to excercise its orginal jurisdiction in less important cases like prisoners' habeas corpus applications. As I read Article III regarding SCOTUS's original jurisdiction, even if Texas and the other states lack standing, but Trump clearly does, his claims can be haard by SCOTUS through it original jurisdiction.

There was a reason that Trump himself did not file suits in the lower courts where hostile judges could prejudice his claims. There was a plan here to do this from the start. Normally, when hearing cases like this, SCOTUS will appoint a retired judge or justice to act as a special master to hear testimony. Depositions and exhibits from lower courts can be referenced as well.

WE ARE WATCHING HISTORY UNFOLD BEFORE US!

If they don’t have the courage to pick Pro-Trump electors they have the option of “dithering” not picking any. That keeps Biden below 270 and throws it to the House. The Senate picking the VP could be a problem. If the two Georgia drones fail and we end up with a slightly Rat Senate we could end up with a Trump as Prez & Kamala as VPrez.

In the prayer for relief, he is asking that state legislatures pass a law on how they will count the votes and as long as their rules are consistent with the constitution, then all is good. And... oh by the way... award cost to plaintiff in intervention.

...to enjoin Defendant States and their respective officials from using the constitutionally-infirm 2020 election results for the office of President to appoint Electors to the Electoral College, unless the legislatures of Defendant States review the 2020 election results and decide by legislative resolution to use those results in a manner to be determined by the legislatures that is consistent with the Constitution.
