WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A group of U.S. states led by New York will file a lawsuit on Wednesday afternoon accusing Facebook Inc of violating antitrust law, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office has said she will make a major “business related” announcement on Wednesday afternoon. North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein’s office announced a press call about “a technology company.”
The lawsuit will be filed in federal court in Washington, one source said.
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has been probing Facebook, as have state attorneys general. More than 40 are expected to join the lawsuit.

And they have sworn to the truth and signed their notices under penalty of felony prison time…… They are honest concerned Americans!
Regarding my Face Book position now (30 days of jail AGAIN), I have stated it before…… These social media platforms; Face Book, Twitter, Google, are trying to become the only stage of speaking that we will ever have and because their beliefs in the Socialist NWO do not support our patriotic American beliefs and the right to express our opinions they feel they have the right to control and hamper our freedom of speech.

They shut my account down and I just accidentally discovered it when I linked. News item on TWitter. Never went back did not dispute I never went on FB much anyway. Saved me the trouble of shutting it down. It was probably for posting about drugs that kill the COVID virus
Too late. Went through the process to delete my FB and YouTube accounts. YouTube was a lot easier.
