Hospitals are not mandating this vaccine for workers, due to the potential liability. I wonder how that plays out when the inevitable nursing home employees refuse.
Seasonal Flu vac can do that and Gillian-Barre syndrome.

Bell’s Palsy, while annoying, can be cured. I had it and thank G-d, made a 100% comeback. You’d never know I had it. But the fact that 4 people taking this new vaccine got it is quite disturbing.
How many people were in the study? What I just read it effect 4 out of 10,000 people per year and it normally resolves itself in a couple weeks. Common after viral infections.
Too many shortcuts taken, too many “possible negative” or “suboptimal “ outcomes left in parking lots.
How big was the trial?
40k cases a year total in the US.. certainly 4 in this set is statistically significant.
Friend of mine got it and never fully recovered. Even after therapy.
Assuming you're healthy, there's an 85% chance that if you contract Covid, you'll have little or no symptoms. If you do contract it, there's a 99.9% chance you will survive......
I'll take the possibility of contracting the Covid, you can take your vaccine.........

I developed Bells Palsy from a flu shot in 2016, and still have not fully recovered. I would never have taken it, except that it is mandatory for my work. Fortunately I have a lifetime exemption now.
I got it from a bad case of lyme disease. The vaccine must be causing a massive auto-immune response. This may very well prove to be deadly to the high risk groups that we are supposedly trying to save.

In the United States, the annual incidence of Bell palsy is approximately 23 cases per 100,000 persons.
Bells Palsy is a temporary condition that will resolve itself. No association with the Vaccine has been established. By the way do not fear any “Mandatory Edicts”. No agency or Governments has the power to force anybody to take and Vaccination or Medicine.
That would raise a question as to whether your friend had suffered a small stroke.
