Wouldn’t you think those tests would’ve been done, to confirm???

A stroke is nothing to be messed with....and, precautions are taken to prevent future/additional strokes.

I have a friend who also suffered PERMANENT damage, from Bells Palsy. So very sad. And, no....it was NOT a stroke.

That's the first thing they looked at with me. Despite their claims, they don't really know exactly what causes Bell's Palsy. Doctors will give you antivirals, and possibly other stuff, but for most folk, it just goes away on its own really. For some folks, like myself, they have nerve damage from it, and it doesn't really go away, but you can learn ways to get around it.
