Not always. The Harris case was on the Supreme Court docket but it was dismissed yesterday without any hearing.
If SCOTUS does NOT rule in favor of these illegal constitutional changes, then I vow not to ever vote anymore. WHY BOTHER??????
While true, this lawsuit is not Trump going after fraudulent votes.
It is TX (and now others) going after 4 States who acted unconstitutionally.
Apples and oranges.
“then I vow not to ever vote anymore. WHY BOTHER?”
Remember the days of our innocence when we believed that our votes mattered?
If you go to the 42 minute mark in the video, he summarizes how the program works.
“Experts”?
I don’t think that word means what you think it means. :)
Not having President Trump being the aggrieved party, but the states who followed their laws, is a genius move. Texas is even disregarding the obvious fraud in the early results there in this case. Equal protection without accoutrements is the way to go.
Nice take.
Throw a rock into a pack of dogs and the one that yelps the loudest is the one you hit.
Secession is a hot topic of conversation here these days. You would be amazed at what they haven't been teaching in the indoctrination centers (public schools) these days.
You’re laboring under the illusion that the Democrats won’t cheat again in 2022. Of course they will, massively. This one is for all the marbles.

I’ve never understood how Democrats could state- with a straight face- that stringent ballot requirements would only “disenfranchise” their votes, unless they knew the suspect ballots were all for them.
Throwing out questionable ballots should, in theory, remove votes for all candidates. Yet, they never reply with the stronger rhetoric of “you (Republicans) would be disenfranchising your own voters.”
It’s the mental illness of Me, Myself, and I Democrats.
They dont give a flying fig about we, the people.
I read a while back that USA has 7% of the world population and 70% of the world lawyers. Time to shut down the law schools and let them die off.
I am confused. You said they accepted the case. I thought the supremes asked or have given the other side time to respond to the complaint. I don’t think they have agreed to hear the case including oral arguments quite yet.
PA is expected to give the same response it gave in the Kelly case which was a joke.
Yet it worked.
Still Pennsylvania is only one of four defendants.
GA will be hard pressed to give a better defense. They are blatantly guilty of violating our own election law. Its not lime they can say they didn’t do it.
I don't think the hard part is going to demonstrate that the states performed some questionable actions that may have violated state laws or state constitutions. The hard part will be demonstrating how those actions denied Texas voters their rights under the Constitution, and if they can make that connection then how disenfranchising all the voters in those four states will remediate the harm Texas voters incurred. It's not an impossible task but this isn't a done deal by any stretch of the word.
