I’m disappointed the Court decided not to hear the case challenging the election results in PA. This appeal filed raised important & serious legal issues, and I believe the Court had a responsibility to ensure our elections follow the law and the Constitution.

I suspect the Biden Administration, if it comes to pass, will make a four year effort to pretend that very little has changed in how America is being operated. Eventually, their proud and open domestic terrorist supporters will make it undeniably clear that this is a different America, one with levels of intolerance similar to the Soviet Union.
I think we are out of options. What surprises me is how many high level politicians were NeverTrumps for all that time. All the Hyenas are now working together to bring a swift end to the Trump Era. In their glee,these same people don’t seem to realize that this action has mortally wounded our election process.

BTW, TX case is the big case for all the marbles...And other states have enjoined.

With today’s refusal by the USSC to even consider the case against PA electoral fraud, we can now say the Constitution is a dead letter and rule of law is over. We have seen the USSC declare that every state in this country must bend to their will and implement unfettered abortion and accept perverse sodomy, among other forced evils, but there is no requirement that every state follow clear constitutional statute to gauranty a legitimate voting process. This nation does not deserve to survive any longer. Let’s bring on the great unraveling.

They didn't do that. They refused to grant emergency relief in the form of a preliminary injunction. The only reason for a preliminary injunction is to preserve the status quo pending a final determination, if the final determination cannot provide complete justice in the absence of the preliminary injunction. They may believe that they have full power to address the issues that are raised without granting a preliminary injunction.

Perhaps the Supreme Court sees the major Texas case coming down the pike and will agree to hear that one instead, especially since other states are joining the suit right and left. Poor Ted will have plenty of other opportunities to grandstand.

The Constitution ceased to be on Usurpation Day when BOTH parties abrogated it by swearing in an ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia.
