The 6-3 SCOTUS RULING came to us as personal
communication from a trusted source. Since we could
not find an official declaration, we removed the
post. Praying it will come to fruition.

Link changed to the above messege.

IOW, it’s nonsense.

Reversing PA will not change the results without more. The Court may be thinking it can rule on the legal issue without affecting the result.

Most excellent. Mark Levin said just earlier they wouldn’t do it for fear of repercussions such as civil unrest.

1. Levin is tremendous, but not infallible; and

2. Maybe some of the Supremes have gotten a clue of what civil unrest could REALLY look like.

Fingers crossed. Prayers up, and up, and up.

Also by voting yes, he is more apt to persuade one of the five. A no vote and they would have ignored him.

I suggested on another post that this is why the SCOTUS declined to hear the Pennsylvania case.

If the SCOTUS rules in favor of Texas and all the States that have joined with Texas, it will make all the other cases moot because a ruling for Texas, et al, ends all the litigation for the Presidency, and Trump will win.

This a much simpler and cleaner way to all the election disputes.

Ok, this guarantees the liberals on the Court have no open mind and will definitely vote against TX. Roberts will likely be a no, too, even though he votes yes to hear the case. It’s all up to the Big 5 to hold the Republic together.

What is nonsense? That the case has been put on the docket and opposing arguments are accepted until a Thursday deadline? https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22o155.html

Twitter should not be the information source for this. Where is the Supreme Court public notice?

There is no Tweet there.

Twitter does tend to delete posts and/or suspend accounts if they don't like what a particular Tweet says ....

Think about it

Its 5-4 wihout him,

Gonna pass either way

Makes no difference, so he can vote how he thinks he appears to look the best

In most cases “looking the best” is not voting with the liberal punts

But know his vote has nothing to do with what is right

It is more than looking the best. In the final decision, if he votes with the majority, he gets to pick who writes the opinion. If he votes with the minority in a 5-4 decision, the ranking member of the majority gets to pick who writes the opinion. In cases like this the wording of the opinion can be just as important as who wins.

“Just a ruling to hear it. A step in the right direction.”

exactly.

Just to hear it, but ruling will be a different matter. However, unlike the “negative nancy freepers” who have their own faces up Biden’s ass, I always think positive.

“Where is the Supreme Court public notice?”

The justices and their clerks are very busy people. They will get to that.
