California sends ‘severe alert’ to all cell phones telling people they’re locked down

COVID-19, with over a 99.5% recovery rate, has prompted the state of California to enact a draconian lockdown on its people. Anyone deemed “non-essential” must stay at home, wear a face mask, and social distance. They’re so serious, they sent out a statewide “severe alert” to all cell phones in the state

Government workers aren't nitwits with they just don't give a shit because they're totally insulated from the economic consequences of lockdowns. During a lockdown they get paid either way and, if government policies are disastrous get out of it by either printing money or raising taxes and regular Americans in the private sector suffer.

Most of the time the pain for people outside of government can only be addressed with revolution, particularly when the will of the people is subverted at the ballot box by despotic fraud.

I know what you mean—the alert is very loud. I heard it a couple of weeks ago when Illinois locked down. I’m a couple of miles away in a free state, but I got Pritzker’s message even though I have a MO area code.
