I know what you mean—the alert is very loud. I heard it a couple of weeks ago when Illinois locked down. I’m a couple of miles away in a free state, but I got Pritzker’s message even though I have a MO area code.

Ha! I live in Hellinois and I didn't get any such alert! JB PRICKSTER can kiss my ass! I have those stupid alerts turned off on my phone (my phone is unlocked and rooted so I have full control over it.)
