A group of nine Pennsylvania lawmakers, led by State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, R-Butler, filed a new lawsuit before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court posted to public dockets Monday that called the state’s administration of the 2020 election “so severely flawed it is impossible to certify the accuracy of the purported results.”
“There are countless documented election irregularities and improprieties that prevent an accounting of the election results,” lawyers for Metcalfe and his fellow plaintiffs — who include Republican State Reps. Russ Diamond, Dawn Keefer, Thomas Sankey, Robert Kauffman, Kathy Rapp, Stephanie Borowicz, Cris Dush, and Francis Ryan — wrote in their new lawsuit.
The suit names as defendants Wolf, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and Biden’s slate of Electoral College delegates.

Likely.....but the Supremes just turned down the PA Rep Kelly one before them so who knows if this will be denied or not.....
BTW folks....Both Rep. Mike Kelly and Rep. Daryl Metcalfe heading up these suites are from my county. This is why I say we do have fighters out here in Western Pa....despite Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.

What I heard was that the emergency relief was denied, but the case is still active and has not yet been ruled on.

These two are real fighters.....took right after Gov. Wolf on his expansion of Covid emergency powers as well.....now no other Governor can extend those past 30 days.
Well it’s difficult staying abreast of these as there’s so Many suites flying around in PA and other states.
That’s what I read, too. Fake media lying to discourage anyone they can and encourage their NPCs.

IMPORTANT POINT REPORTERS ARE MISSING IN PA SUIT:
The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.
@MikeKellyPA’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

I know. The President’s legal team, the Wood and Powell cases, the states’ cases, etc. It will eventually get sorted out.
They turned it down? I didn’t know they had submitted the pleading for Certiorari yet.
Or are you referring to the injunction Alito denied?
