Of course they won’t overturn it, they will simply recognize who the victor is.

So nothing happens to the Pa. election officials who previously failed to respond to Alito’s initial order to segregate late absentee ballots?

This wasn’t the right case.

Exactly. The other PA case is better, and still alive AFAIK.

“They should ask themselves, ‘why not?’ “

Good point. With the Texas case docketed it is likely they do not want duplicity since the Texas case covers PA as well as the others.

My understanding is they simply did not want to here this PA case, thus the points of law regarding it have not been shot down and may be brought out by the Texas case.

This really is not a loss, rather more of an efficiency move.

So did I. The bottom line is Roberts does not want Antifa burning his neighborhood down which is exactly what would happen.

Perhaps he should fear Patriots more.

Roberts is most likely compromised due to the circumstances surrounding the adoption of his children.

The Pennsylvania case alleges violation of the Pennsylvania Constitution.

The Texas case alleges violation of the U.S. Constitution.

"But I’m guessing that maybe the Supreme Court wants a more relevant case challenging the election."

Did this case challenge the arbitrary changes made to election law by Pa. officials without State Legislature involvement? If so, that is a fairly relevant issue since that issue was already determined in Bush vs. Gore.

That seems the most likely explanation. Of course the media will go insane and say it’s over.

That will be great as the media will hurt its own credibility once the opposite happens.

The request for injunction was denied. What is the Texas case seeking? Could the Kelly case be organized to run with the Texas case?
