That is my thought also, Texas case has standing AND is on the docket of SCOTUS Louisiana joined today I believe Sourh Dakota and Florida will join also!!! Who is the AG in AZ. is he or she any good?.

Of course they won’t overturn it, they will simply recognize who the victor is.
So nothing happens to the Pa. election officials who previously failed to respond to Alito’s initial order to segregate late absentee ballots?

Good point. With the Texas case docketed it is likely they do not want duplicity since the Texas case covers PA as well as the others.
My understanding is they simply did not want to here this PA case, thus the points of law regarding it have not been shot down and may be brought out by the Texas case.
This really is not a loss, rather more of an efficiency move.
Roberts is most likely compromised due to the circumstances surrounding the adoption of his children.
The Pennsylvania case alleges violation of the Pennsylvania Constitution.
The Texas case alleges violation of the U.S. Constitution.
Did this case challenge the arbitrary changes made to election law by Pa. officials without State Legislature involvement? If so, that is a fairly relevant issue since that issue was already determined in Bush vs. Gore.
That seems the most likely explanation. Of course the media will go insane and say it’s over.
That will be great as the media will hurt its own credibility once the opposite happens.
Too bad individual citizens of Michigan cannot join.

The request for injunction was denied. What is the Texas case seeking? Could the Kelly case be organized to run with the Texas case?
