Republican members of the Arizona State Legislature had an election integrity hearing on Nov. 30 that included President Donald Trump’s lawyers Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani.
Giuliani, Ellis, and others held a hearing in front of Pennsylvania State Republican senators on earlier, where they argued that the state legislature should take steps to reclaim the ability to appoint electors to the Electoral College. Witnesses who claimed they saw allegedly illegal or irregular vote-tabulation efforts in the Keystone State also offered statements.
According to GOP members of the Arizona State Legislature, the hearing is designed “to gather the evidence that justifies calling a special session to contemplate what happened and take immediate action accordingly.”
“We are pleased that the State Legislatures in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Michigan will be convening hearings to examine the November 3rd presidential election,” Ellis said in a statement provided by the GOP lawmakers.
Meanwhile, like some GOP senators in Pennsylvania have said, the Arizona lawmakers noted that the U.S. Constitution grants state legislatures the power to hold election hearings on alleged irregularities and fraud.

This letter from the AZ legislators has about as much power as one of Lindsey Graham’s strongly-worded letters.
Does this mean Arizona legislature is taking there constitutional power to chose electoral voters. This means they have seen enough evidence of fraud.
I don’t think that Daniel McCarthy is a state Rep?! He lost in the Republican primary for Arizona US Senator against McSally.
I think he is just a business man.
If it were anyone other than Trump I would agree with your calling it a Wag. I sometimes will give a Wag regarding Final Jeopardy as my better half and I view the show. But with DJT, any question as to whether he’ll win is immaterial. It’s a lead pipe cinch. He has the Anti-Insurrection Law, and the EO he wrote on 9-12-2018 declaring a State of National Emergency. He saw this coming. He’s empowered to use the Military to any extent he deems necessary to preserve our Nation and its Constitution. He will NOT concede to this mob of criminals. And as a last resort, he’ll declare Martial Law. If necessary, he’ll activate the citizen militia. Lock and load!
IMHO there is NO SPECIAL SESSION involved when doing your CONSTITUTIONAL DUTIES!>>> I was thinking the same thing. Advise Mastriano to hold a special article II session. and go ahead and pass the resolution that PA is in dispute. Each state is different.
WAG?
>> WAG estimate
Wild Ass Guess
the “estimate” part is redundant.
Do we have an update on this?
LOL...I actually looked but could not find definition...:)
Contested after certification, and after the safe harbor date? Is that going anywhere?
That acronym stands for wild *ss guess. ;)
