Judge Sullivan has granted the DOJ Motion to Dismiss as Moot (due to pardon).
Sullivan: "ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED AS MOOT."

I don’t trust it. I would be surprised if he dismissed and the New York AG files state charges. They want Flynn to be an example and they want it to stick.If Biden succeeds in stealing the election, he could appoint Adam Schiff as US AG. Why wouldn't he want to dream up new changes for Flynn, not to mention Trump?

This ruling could be second step in the unraveling of the Biden Crime Family’s house of cards.
The first step being the Texas lawsuit yesterday that is very powerful and gives SCOTUS an easy way to simply tell the States that the States will get one vote on Jan 6, 2021 to decide the President.

Wasn’t it moot previously (before the pardon)? If so, dismissing the case because of the pardon was a political move because it implies that there was still something there to pursue against Flynn.

Dirtbag Sullivan probably thinks he won because Flynn had to be pardoned implying he was guilty of something rather than the charge being dismissed at the request of the prosecution because there was no was not guilty of anything. By far, lightweight Sullivan is the slimiest creature on the federal bench.

NOW HE NEEds to be IMPEACHED!! You're right. A Judge ignores the plan of the DA to drop a case and a judge refuses?
What, Judges don't have enough work so they keep the ones even the DOJ wants to drop?
We have some real problems with judges as I have learned of late.
This guy should be thrown out.
And so should whoever was behind this foolish behavior. Cause you know the Democrats were in on it.
Let's see if any action is taken.
