This is likely to be the big one SCOTUS can't ignore. Further, there are a lot of other red states, like my own TN, that are likely to climb on the bandwagon with TX.

Let them try the “no standing” BS on THIS.

It is a crying shame that 30 other states didn’t join Texas in this suit. Why didn’t they? Why didn’t at least five others join Texas?

This is the TRUE vote disenfranchisement! Five corrupt big cities in five highly corrupt states have stolen the election from 80 million people across the land.

We need other states to Join with Texas.

My vote in Tennessee is being made no effect by these rogue states/counties.

This is what I heard suggested on Jay Sekulow’s show yesterday, that these rule changes were events that could dilute the vote in other states and were actionable.

Hopefully other states will join this action.

Does anyone here trust Roberts? I don’t. Or, rather, I “trust” him to side with the left on the most important issues.

Veddy interesting.

I suspect you're right. My state, KY, has a Democrat Governor but a Republican Attorney General and I was wondering if the AG can join in for us?

Just a thought. The SCOTUS has in past cases involving Constitutional violations, taken an oversight role on State actions until it was satisfied that there was compliance. I am referring to the SCOTUS ruling using the bussing of students to force school racial integration. For decades the federal courts had direct supervision over school districts to ensure compliance.

What happened in this election is so outrageous, that as a remedy the SCOTUS should order court supervision of the federal election process in any state whose results are overturned. The political structures in those states did not just ignore gross violations of existing election laws, State constitutions, and the US Constitution, but actively participated in the steal. These states cannot be trusted to honestly run future elections, such as the Georgia Senate run-off votes in January 2021. It would be a radical measure, but I think it is essential to ensuring honest elections.

My thinking is that Texas didn’t want their ‘Cracken’ (LOL) released to the public before the suit was filed, as that would only give time to the Left to mount a defense (same reason for the midnight filing).

Now THIS is interesting.

How many other states can we get to join in?

Which states DO NOT want to be governed by a president who cheated to get into office?

And they place the blame right where it belongs- on states who seem to want to ignore massive fraud.

Ok the question must be asked because the issue keeps being brought up by the liberal wing of the court everytime a similar lawsuit is filed. Does Texas have any standing as to the internal affairs of these 4 other states?

I have been praying for this. I am from Texas and have been going to rallies and demonstrations in other parts of the country because I want to show that support for Stopping The Steal is not limited to a few states. If states don’t follow the US Constitution, then that affects my legal vote in Texas. One state suing another state is one of a few ways to file directly with the US Supreme Court. That it was done on “Safe Harbor Day” is good. I hope all the other Republican governed states join in the suit. To hope that Dim states would also join would be folly.
