The Law is and has for some time been what the Democrats say it is. This will not be changed without blood being shed because the Democrats will not give up their power without a fight. Should the Democrats be allowed to steal this election, Freedom is dead in the united States of America. There won’t be a 2022 or a 2024 election.

Deep State judges at the upper reaches of judicial power acting as cover for corruption by both parties.
Now I seriously doubt that Federal Courts are concerned with preserving the Constitution or the Republic.
The Supremes need to clear/postpone all other items on their docket and address the massive corruption at all levels of this election.

As long s the pardon is not for potential future actions, what is the problem with this judge? If the pardon covers the offenses for which LTG Flynn is in front of the judge, the judge has no say on if the pardon is valid.
Sullivan is going to be courting misconduct if he refuses to acknowledge the pardon.
All I can say is Michael Flynn must know something awful powerful,Obama named him one of two of the biggest threats to the country during his transition meeting with Trump,along with North Korea!! Geez wtf!

Just as politicians will never give up their vast, self-anointed new powers with a fight, judges, along with “experts”, will never give up their new-found celebrity exccpt by force ... so let’s bring the fight to them. And make no mistake, this is a fight — if not yet a war — to save our Republic, our Constitution and our traditional American values.

I seem to recall the judge disallowed these briefs at the beginning of the trial. Seems like judicial abuse to allow them now that judge needs help.
Fortunately Gen. Flynn is totally bought in on the nation’s cause.
Flynn's lawyers should send a letter the Judge Flynn with the following statement: Pursuant to the pardon issued by President Trump the case against General Flynn is now moot. There will be no further responses to the the court.
Unfortunately this works both ways. We’ve already seen how the left weaponized the IRS against targets on the right. And they’ve never been held to account by a complicit fake “right”.
When the government and judiciary is corrupt either the military steps up, the citizens step up, God intervenes, or there’s tyranny.
It remains to be seen with the election fraud if SCOTUS is corrupt, or if the military will step up. However Sullivan is showing that left will ignore a pro-America judgement by SCOTUS. So precision military or citizen actions may be needed regardless.

If he had something that important to say, how would any “gag order” stop him?
Ignore him. He can throw all the tantrums he wants, but it’s just tilting at windmills.
He can sit in that courtroom by himself with leftist loony opposing council. That’s as far as it’ll go.
This is the inescapable conclusion of what is going on, but it seems like most people don't get it. I don't want to find out that we're right, but between being able to freely rig every upcoming race in the same way as they rigged the 2020 Presidential election plus packing the Supreme Court on top of that to rubber stamp every unconstitutional thing passed by Congress and signed by illegitimate President Plugs, it would be all gone.

And why shouldn’t he? Despite his clear bias, he’s been allowed to stay on this case. Other federal judges have vocally supported him. And he will never face any punishment for his vile actions.
