Where’s the Kraken? Where’s the Storm?
American Thinker.com ^ | December 7, 2020 | Brian C. Joondeph

When Attorney Sidney Powell a few weeks ago said, “Release the Kraken,” it wasn’t clear if she was referring to the mythical creature with multiple arms and heads or a secret military counterintelligence unit that may have real time evidence of electoral fraud. Either way it hinted at big things ahead.

Before the Kraken it was “The Storm.” We have been in the “calm before the storm” for most of President Trump’s first term. We are told “pain is coming” and that “it will be Biblical.” The only pain is waiting in anticipation for the pony under the Christmas tree that never seems to arrive.

Perhaps “nothing can stop what is coming,” as the mysterious military intelligence insider assures us, but to most observers the only thing coming is the end of the American experiment, a fraudulent and stolen election cheered on by a corrupt and complicit media and ignored by a feckless Republican establishment.

The Electoral College meets on Dec. 14, about a week from now. The election was a month ago, yet President Trump seems no closer to pulling this out than he was the day after the election. There have been numerous credible allegations of electoral fraud, from late night ballot dumps to statistical impossibilities in votes and turnout, as well as hundreds of sworn affidavits, but it is looking more and more like a fool’s errand.

The Trump team of attorneys are smart and tenacious but will any of this work? Has the fix been in all along? Are the Kraken and Storm wishful thinking? How did we get here?

The deep state mobilized soon after Donald Trump rode down the escalator at Trump Tower in June 2015 and polling showed he was a serious candidate.

Executive Order 13848 Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election

I am waiting on the required reports that are supposed to come out no later than 45 days after an election. I think this is The Kraken.

Just listened to the current case and the judge has said the ~2 million voters for Joe Biden would be disenfranchised, it seems he doesn’t understand the plaintiff is saying those votes are not as they seem.

be disenfranchised,

A familiar refrain. How about Trump supporters being disenfranchised?

Is this a rule of law or feeling?

Your inability to resist denigrating others is the same problem Trump has and it didn’t serve him well. Trying to belittle people about whom you know little or nothing speaks volumes about experience and maturity.

When you really need a revolution, electing a president won’t cut it.

Moderna was federally funded in part. Operation Warp Speed is going well since it began last April.

Freezers around the country are being filled with vaccine.
Flights from Belgium are arriving as planned.
looks to me like things are going well now.

I agree with you for the most part. It is not overrated, however.

“Oh really? I would like to see a link to those words...Or is this more of your special “reading between the line” ability you touted our last interaction.”

Ok, you win, it was the OTHER IDIOT trying to hand the Senate over to the Democrats - Lin Wood, starting at minute 12 (from the start):

Apologies accepted.

Lol, I should apologize for what exactly? You are the one who spread misinformation about Sidney Powell.

What does something Wood said, have to do with Powell?

You crack me up.

Once they double-crossed Trump regarding the Senate elections, I started lumping them together.

Well, Powell has nothing about our state elections either.

Again, you are attributing things to Powell she did not say.

https://www.hhs.gov/about/news/2020/08/11/trump-administration-collaborates-with-moderna-produce-100-million-doses-covid-19-investigational-vaccine.html

Operation Warp Speed didn’t put a cent into early development.

I have been involved in phase 2 to 4... from calibrating kit in labs to attending FDA approval meetings, I know first hand how it works. I’ve even had to check under my car for devices put there by animal rights nutters.

Phases 2 onward in Europe are performed by clinical research orgs, not by the drug companies themselves (it’s like how banks have to be externally audited; drug companies can’t mark their own homework).

Later phase trials are usually performed with volunteers, in the UK that may be NHS but is often done in private hospitals / clinics, university hospitals, and may be monitored by general practitioners (which are private enterprises with funding from the NHS).

By the time Federal funding hit the drug development they’d pretty much done all the preliminary research.

That’s what I was getting at. Germany, the UK and even Russia put money into the really risky end. Trump was too busy dismissing the China Virus as a hoax. That is why the USA has no domestic drug and why it’ll end up importing vaccines. That includes the one that has to be deep frozen and can’t be allowed to warm up until it’s about to be administered...

The Oxford drug might be a good bet as it doesn’t have the logistical challenges. Time to get that USA-UK deal done!

You know there are already full freezers around the country? Henry Ford in Detroit has a set of them.

That’s not the point.

Sitting on patents and agreements is the perogative of the parties involved and relates to how the parties benefit once the drug goes to market. It is separate to the coverage of R&D.

Primate trials only started in July. That was the beginning of the process to confirm the safety of the product for human USE, for THIS form of SARS COVID.

That is also around the time Moderna got an agreement on its supply funding. Not the money for research, but an agreement to fund its supply, contingent on the drug passing efficacy and safety tests, then FDA approval.

Funds are released on milestone payment basis.

The actual funding of the research originates from a program set up in 2006 so Trump has benefited from something that predated his election by a decade.

https://blog.petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2020/08/27/moderna-covid19-vaccine-government-funding/

Check the timeline.

https://www.modernatx.com/modernas-work-potential-vaccine-against-covid-19

Even so, this isn’t anything I’m criticising Trump for other than he did spend months telling the country that COVID is a virus from China that’s not serious and may as well be a hoax... While bashing the industry that has been working for YEARS to develop mRNA treatments for SARS viruses.

Pfizer and Moderna are going to boycott a White House summit on distribution, they are not happy. I understand that if it does go ahead it’ll be junior execs and the likes of FedEx and Ups who’ll be standing by Trump as he tries to claim the credit for the Pfizer effort despite having feuded openly with them AND downplaying the urgency of the development.

Like I said - Trump has a habit of picking fights with people that should be on his side and who are working to benefit the USA.... and then he gets upset when they think he’s a colossal dick.

You think that’s bad, imagine what could happen if he persists in trying to delegitimize all the postal votes of military vets and those serving overseas, and tarring all postal voters with the fraud charge.

I’m not sure I understand the difference between calling yourself the “kraken releaser” and the one who “released the kraken”. But if there is a difference, so be it.

“”””The Kraken has been released by some retired general who misidentified a US Army Battalion (305th MI Battalion, now an inactive placeholder for GIs without MOSes), as nicknamed the “Kraken” (it has no nickname) which battalion with heavy losses captured the servers in Frankfort under withering fire from the CIA.””””

What was this about, a renegade army unit fought it out with the CIA in Germany for control of some servers?
