If I had to guess, I’d say that the sitting President who was cheated out of a deserved win in a presidential election probably doesn’t have “standing” to bring a suit alleging election fraud.
The movement for Trump will go far beyond the state legislatures in Georgia, Michigan and Pennsylvania but will also include Electors in alleged Biden states switching their votes for Trump.
IF Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan were to flip, the Electoral College would stand at 269 votes for each candidate. Popcorn will become more scarce than toliet paper.

Question, if the legislatures change the electors, are the electors still bound to the certified vote?
What they could do and what they will do are not necessarily the same thing. Right now none of those legislatures have given any indication that they’re going to change the electors.
