It’s a guessing game. It could be a simple as the clerk made a mistake and it was realized after the gnashing of the teeth and speculation of what the date meant

Or he could have the votes.

I think he will have Thomas.

No clue on the rest..except he probably wont have Roberts

But they could just rule on the laches and remand the real constitutional question back to the PA scum court.

Me too. We need to make a breakthrough somewhere; if the Supremes enjoin PA from naming its electors, Georgia and Wisconsin might well get stopped too. PDJT needs to flip PA and two other states totaling 18 EVs to win outright.
