They know the turdy flavor of the PA Sub-premes. I think the SCOTUS is aware of the entire scenario. Martial Law in a few cities or an entire have the nation with arms to the teeth
Yes exactly and Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Thomas would have required the state to stop accepting absentee ballots when the polls closed on Nov. 3.
Add in Amy Coney Barrett, who arrived at the Court after this decision, and there's your 5-4 majority when this is revisited. (Or, could be 6-3 if Roberts pulls his switch-hitter move.)
Kavanaugh voted for Trump before regarding Pennsylvania. The vote was tied. Now we have ACB, so, there’s your 5.

How SCOTUS rules will give great indication of who really are the conservatives there. The real conservatives know that if Biden is inaugurated, they will be irrelevant in a few months.

You think SCOTUS rules Act77 is unconstitutional (PA Con)?
Or that SCOTUS will find Act77 is consistent with plenary PA powers to dictate how presidential electors are decided?
Or are you hardening back to the earlier case where ballots were accepted after Nov 3, 8pm?
Or will it be decided on equal protection grounds that the PA legislature violated equal protection provisions of COTUS Amend14?

Me too. We need to make a breakthrough somewhere; if the Supremes enjoin PA from naming its electors, Georgia and Wisconsin might well get stopped too. PDJT needs to flip PA and two other states totaling 18 EVs to win outright.
