Hey Georgia, Don’t Be Stupid

Think what you will of Lin Wood and Sidney Powell as lawyers – I have no idea if they’re any good at the law or not, they’ve just had some high-profile cases that went well – but as political strategists…they make fine lawyers.

I don’t know who the Democrat is who came up with the idea of convincing Wood and Powell to tell people in Georgia not to vote in the upcoming run-off, but whatever they’re paid is not enough. They may be good at riling up a crowd, but they’re really dumb when it comes to winning elections.

Powell has been a blessing to General Michael Flynn in his fight against the bogus charges stemming from the Spygate scandal. Flynn was railroaded by rogue elements in the Justice Department and Powell is righting those wrongs.

Wood has successfully represented Nick Sandmann against CNN and the Washington Post, and is currently pursuing more media outlets that defamed the high school student whose only crime was wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat.

Like I said, I’m sure they’re both very good lawyers. But what neither of them are not is election law experts or strategists.

So far, they’ve done a great job. Unfortunately, that great job hasn’t translated into any legal wins anywhere. They have, however, been successful at drawing crowds to rallies.

Personally, I’d think lawyers working on an incredibly condensed timeline – the Electoral College is voting on December 14 – would be too busy to hold rallies, but I’m not a lawyer so I have no idea how much time any of it takes. Maybe traveling the country, holding press conferences where you over-promise and under-deliver is a strategy that works better than diligently working to make sure words are spelled properly and counties your refer to in a legal filing actually exist in the state in which you’re filing those briefs and not another one.

Again, I’m no lawyer, so maybe this misdirection is some form of “Kraken” release with which I am unfamiliar, akin to the “Chewbacca Defense” from South Park.

Whatever the case, and all joking aside, when both lawyers, from whom the Trump campaign has severely distanced itself, tell a crowd of people in Georgia not to vote in the January 5th run-off election, for whatever reason, they become destructive to the cause for which they claim to be fighting.

Since there doesn’t appear to be a Kraken, and control of the Senate is at stake, the run-off election is all that matters. President Trump’s actual lawyers are making a hell of a case for wide-spread voter fraud that should, if Republicans are not idiots, lead to significant reforms in the various states and, at a bare minimum, get the Republican National Committee to be proactive in the future to prevent fraud, not reactive after it’s already occurred.

But none of that will matter if Republicans lose both of those run-off elections. The entire Trump term will be wiped clean from the books, like it never happened, if Democrats pick up those seats.

I know people are holding out hope for a miracle from Rudy Giuliani and the team, but with each day that passes, it is less likely to happen. Knowing fraud occurred and proving fraud occurred are two different things.

Republicans have to multitask here, allow the president’s real lawyers to do whatever they’re going to do, while the party spends all its time and every last penny it has on that Senate race in Georgia. We can’t have people who are admired for past work telling people not to vote.

If Democrats sweep, every accomplishment over the last four years is gone.

True, Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) said he would oppose ending the filibuster and packing the courts, but why on earth would anyone leave something so important up to the word of a man who has never once bucked his party when the outcome wasn’t already a foregone conclusion? Manchin has voted with Republicans, but never when he would have been the deciding vote. He’s with his party when it matters and, therefore, can’t be trusted when literally everything Democrats want would be at their fingertips.

Every Republican must vote in Georgia. Anyone favorably inclined to liberty must vote in Georgia. They must all make sure everyone else who will vote for David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler either gets and returns a mail-in ballot or shows up at the polls and votes. This isn’t up for debate. The choice for Republicans in Georgia is between voting and being stupid. Don’t be stupid.

Looks like good cop, bad cop...with Lin and Sidney being bad and the President being the good cop.

The President and the country need these two senators in D.C., but the President and the country also need them to exert influence in the case of the stolen Georgia presidential vote.

Their names are Gov Kemp and Brad Raffensperger. They are both Ds posing as RINOs and the MAGA Nation is finished voting for the likes of them.

The author of this gobbledygook is dense and the way Purdue and Loeffler presented themselves at the rally was phony and weak, only serving to validify Woods’ and Powells’ statements. You can tell Trump feels the same way...

Purdue, Loeffler, Kemp and Raffensperger. If these are the kinds of leaders some believe will save them from socialism, it’s no wonder we’re in the last inning, down 10 runs.

Georgia’s GOP Senate candidates are doing all they can to suppress voter turnout and enthusiasm. They are doing
doing nothing to fight fraud and support Trump’s fight. Don’t blame Powell if these two losers lose.

Enough already about the Loeffler and Purdue crap. People need to focus on Trump. Once Trump looks like he will get in , Loeffler and Purdue will be settled. It is completely a side issue meant to distract, and is being used by the clown media.

I believe the intent is why vote again, Loeffler and Purdue like Trump already won.

That’s fine if they prove the fraud and get it overturned.

I’m the mean time I’ll be voting anyway

“the MAGA Nation is finished voting for the likes of them”

Yes, BUT... We need the 2 Republican Senators to keep the ComDems from destroying the nation. They may be RINO’s, but they are not Communists (yet).

The consequence of failing to prevent the ComDem Coup being completed, is blood running in the streets.

Have you tried to buy guns or ammunition? They are very hard to find and have gotten much more expensive.

But the good part, the public is no longer listening to the Media Lies and a lot of them have about lost patience with the DC plotters.

It's all going to come down to whether the fraud results of Nov 3rd are allowed to stand.

If Biden is installed, then we will never have free and fair elections again. Every cycle will see a new SCANdemic that requires cheat-by-mail ballots that will be counted by Dominion machines. Conservatives will be so depressed over losing the country to fraud that they will stay home during the GA run-off, seeing voting as pointless.

On the other hand: If the seized German server story is true and Trump prevails, the euphoria of conservatives will usher the 2 RINOs into the Senate in a landslide.

I’ve not “waited” but would like to expand some of my reloading. Even that is very short in the supply channels.

We have plenty of guns. None of them are AR rifles. But I can reload for most of them. I am in process of insuring I can reload for everything I have.

“I’m glad ppl are preparing but anyone who waited this long deserves to overpay for 2A necessities.”

Some guy I know mentioned how expensive ammunition was. I said “Well - you should count yourself lucky that you were even able to buy it!”

...

Of course I’m kicking myself for not buying more ammo the last few years. Thinking that thousands of rounds would be enough.

My wife is getting us a virtual shooting system for dry firing - so that will be nice.

“$250!!”

“Well.. uhm, yeah. But ammo is .50 cents a round. PLUS the range fees. And we can use it anytime we want!”

Nice rant----deserves a repeat:

WE Georgians are NOT stupid. If you think for one minute, WE wont go out to vote in massive numbers, then ..smh.
Does anybody honestly believe Georgians would blithely hand over the Senate to Schumer & his cronies?
What We Georgians do not want is (A) those same crappy voting machines, and, (B) a fair vote.
Why is That so hard to understand? Stop belittling and scolding Georgians.

Trump: Georgia Gov. Could Stop Voter Fraud ‘If He Knew What The Hell He Was Doing’
The Daily Caller ^ | 12.06.2020 | DAVID KRAYDEN / FR Posted by USA Conservative

President Donald Trump railed against Republican Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp at Saturday's massive rally WRT Senate runoff elections.......

“Your governor could stop it very easily if he knew what the hell he was doing. He could stop it very easily,” Trump told the cheering crowd. “Let me tell you this [presidential] election was rigged and we can’t let it happen to two of the greatest most respected people in Washington. We can’t let it happen again,” he said, referring to Republican Georgia Sen. Kelly Loeffler and Sen. David Perdue, who are both seeking reelection.

Trump repeated his unproven claim that “hundreds of thousands of illegal votes were cast in each state,” and he insisted that election authorities “literally” threw out Republican poll watchers on election night.

“And that is true in Georgia certainly,” Trump said.

The president said the experience of the presidential election should inform expectations of the Senate runoff election in Georgia that takes place on Jan. 5. “We have a big Senatorial race going on in Georgia and we are watching Democrats very, very closely and … they could cheat in Georgia and people aren’t really watching like they should.” “So we know the Democrats are planning to cheat and we can’t let them do it again … so we have to be vigilant,” he said.

Kemp has responded to Trump’s accusations that he is doing nothing to address alleged voter fraud in the state, tweeting Saturday that he had already informed the president that he had “publicly called for a signature audit three times … to restore confidence in our election process and to ensure that only legal votes are counted in Georgia.”

That was Kemp was responding to a tweet from Trump Saturday that said the president would “easily & quickly win Georgia if Governor @BrianKempGA or the Secretary of State permit a simple signature verification. Has not been done and will show large scale discrepancies.”

Although I will likely vote for them, I have no enthusiasm. Even if they win, we can count on Romney or Collins ‘reaching across the aisle’ to sell us out, for it a bipartisan decent into Socialism. It’s all about Trump.
