I do not think this case will prevail at SCOTUS. The 11th Circuit is not one of the more radical courts and the issue of standing and the way this case was filed was not one of our stronger efforts as viewed by attorney’s we like and trust.

Sadly, our best chance is at the legislature as that is the body that can demand the necessary deep dive into the actual ballots. They are not fighting as a group and half or more appear to be resisting the effort.

If Wood is a Georgia voter he does have standing because of that

Some of you people.

The Judge could have sat on this. Instead, if you had listened to Bannon yesterday, the Judge had signaled to Wood that the Judge would expedite his decision, as a heads-up to Wood to have his ducks in a row to immediately appeal for cert.

Woods' suit requires extraordinary relief.

Alito needs 4 more justices willing to shock the world.

Similar to AZ ruling. Judge’s appear to have their marching orders with similar scripts.

....

Just as I believe the SCOTUS have been given their marching orders (threats or payoffs) on how they’ll rule on this. I have ZERO reason for optimism on how SCOTUS will rule on this.

...how is Sidney Powell’s separate lawsuit going to have standing?

IIRC, the Trump electors are joined to her lawsuit. If they don't have standing, no one does!

What a BS ruling....

If Lin Wood has no standing, as a GA citizen, then who does?

And, the fraud certification is just that....they’ve *certified* fraud.

On to SCOTUS.

Just like the “ready-to-go” Legislator’s decisions....all so obviously coordinated.

Pray that the SCOTUS can override/overcome these evil minion threats.

Maybe the courts should just publish the secret list of who actually has “standing” in their jurisdictions, so that people don’t waste time playing the little games of the courts.

No one has the guts to buck the establishment momentum even when they know the outcome is wrong. Republicans generally were always this way and afraid of independent thought that didn’t coincide with big media and deep state. I see it in PA legislature too as no one is taking on the corruption that is led by the establishment. Most are lazy schmucks content to get their cut of elitist bennies and taxpayer checks and let it all go. To be honest the two Senators in Georgia are no different.

The Tea Party champions gave us a touch of political independence and then came Trump. Most of the time they thrive on smooth waters and never ruffle the corrupt deep state. China is going to eat us alive. Political corruption has taken hold and it is about our rulers not our country.

Our only hope is to organically stand up to it as individuals and put some backbone in our officials.

Agreed. The only chance Trump had was if the gop helped put up a fight. The only fight in the gop is to get biden over the finish line. They hated the Tea Party, and now they hate Trump for the same reasons. I don't live in Georgia, but if I did I would not vote for ether of these clowns.

So video proof of fraudulent ballots being counted

That evidence was not presented in this case. In fact no election evidence was presented, Wood brought his case against the March settlement allowing mail-in ballots.

If SCOTUS does take it up, the only issue would be standing, since that’s the decision being appealed. At best the court would say the plaintiffs do have standing and order the lower court to rehear the case. Meanwhile the clock keeps ticking.

“any election challenge is now moot because Georgia already certified its electoral votes”

Right. Because if you don’t catch our crimes in time, we let the clock run out and stick our tongues out at you.

Right outta Orwell.

It’s really clear the System as it stands is a criminal enterprise and the guys making these rulings are just frauds prancing around in robes.

They certified the number of votes, not their authenticity.

You should read the opinion, it explains why you as a voter do not have standing. Read the parts about particular versus generalized harm.

A state's statutes will determine what constitutes standing in that particular state's courts. These typically revolve around the requirement that plaintiffs have sustained or will sustain direct injury or harm and that this harm is redressable.

Doesn’t look like this decision has shut or slowed down Lin Wood..

Lin Wood
@LLinWood
Brian Kemp, Brad Raffensperger, Geoffrey Duncan, Gabriel Sterling.

Remember names. They are ALL going to jail. They are complicit in foreign interference with national election.

They will be joined by many others.

To those threatening me, stop wasting your time. I am fearless.
